They staff are kind to the animals and responsive to requests; once our dog was in a "penthouse" which comes equipped with a human bed, but he is under the impression that Good Boys do not go on human beds, so when I saw him on the floor they sweetly brought him a dog bed, too. Our cats are happier after boarding than they were in the past after being left home alone during travels. They also have daycare services on weekdays, which is handy for long work days or just for socialization. I appreciate that they do a temperament test to make sure your pet will have fun and be safe with others. We have never needed to use most of the grooming services, but when our dog's had a bath there they seemed to do a good job. They also have a decent selection of good quality pet food, toys, etc. We'll continue to be loyal customers.

Petco has a replacement guarantee of the fish die within 30 days so we went back. The water in the aquarium tested ago so we picked out more fish, again with the helpful person in the aquarium department. When we went to checkout the man there became very nasty. When my wife said will just try this again the man said no we won't and went to check with the manager. He then cam back and checked us out, with no charge for the fish. However, he told us it happens again we would be banned from the store. This isn't really a problem since we won't go this store again.
