Love the enrichment options and different theme days Daycare package options Reasonably priced bath/grooming options Air conditioning** Main reason in choosing them is the other daycares set a 'nap time' and had my boy crated. Please reconsider before bringing your pet here…read more Since the change in management, the quality and standards of care have noticeably declined. In the past, pets could freely enjoy time outside to socialize and play with others while waiting for grooming or pickup--no special request was needed. Now, however, it seems you must explicitly ask for your pet to be let outside, or they're kept in crates for extended periods, sometimes from 9:30 AM until almost 5:00 PM. For pets with high anxiety, like our doodle who struggles with being confined to small spaces, this is distressing and far from the previous standard of care. Additionally, we encountered communication issues. When we hadn't received a call about our dog's pickup and the day was nearing close, we tried calling for an update but received no answer. We also noticed that grooming quality has diminished, with grooming services seeming rushed and lacking attention to detail. The cut our pet received was much shorter than requested and poorly executed. These new policies, combined with increased prices and limited staffing, have led us to seek alternative care options. We urge other pet owners to carefully consider their options as well.

I've been to other daycares and they don't keep it very clean, my dog has gotten kennel cough twice at her old daycare; I don't have to worry about that at PETSUITES Cypress! We've been taking our German Shepherd, Crosby, to PetSuites Cypress for three years, but after…read morecountless inconsistencies, we can no longer trust them with her care. At first, we appreciated their services, but over time, the issues piled up: - Inadequate cameras in the play area that don't cover the full space, leaving us unsure of what really happens. - "Pawgress" reports included photos of other dogs, not Crosby, making us question if she was even getting the attention we paid for. - Fearful reactions--Crosby started shaking and whining at drop-off, which she never used to do. - Unfulfilled services: Multiple times, we paid for grooming (including Furmination) only for her to come home completely untouched, despite wearing a bandana like she'd been groomed. Staff apologized and promised refunds, but nothing changed. The final straw? After her last "grooming," Crosby came home filthy, stinking like creek water, and with thick layer of loose fur--proof she hadn't been brushed, let alone Furminated. When I complained, they offered a refund (still not received). It's heartbreaking to leave after three years, but PetSuites has repeatedly failed our trust. Crosby deserves better, and so do you. See the photo--this is how much fur came out after her supposed "groom." Unacceptable. Do better, PetSuites. Even then, we won't be back.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Tails of Texas get all pricing in writing before…read moreleaving their pets. Before boarding our two dogs, we called and discussed pricing with a staff member. Based on the information we were given, we agreed to move forward and dropped our dogs off for a week stay. When we returned to pick them up, we were shocked to find out that the price had essentially doubled, bringing the total bill to $592. When we questioned the drastic difference, we were told that we must have spoken to a new employee who provided incorrect information. The explanation was that there were new people working there and that a mistake had been made. Unfortunately, there was no effort to honor the price we were originally quoted, no meaningful solution offered, and no management escalation available to address the issue. We were simply told that the amount due was $592. Passing the blame onto a new employee does not excuse the situation or make it acceptable. If a business provides a quote and a customer makes a decision based on that quote, the business should stand behind it. What has made this situation even more concerning is the condition of our dogs after returning home. According to the records provided to Tails of Texas, both Kacie and Callie weighed approximately 16 pounds before their stay. After returning home from a one-week boarding stay, both dogs now weigh approximately 12 pounds. The weight loss is visibly noticeable, especially in Kacie, and we can clearly see her ribs. The facility had both dogs' weights on file prior to boarding, making the amount of weight lost during such a short stay even more concerning. When I called to express my concerns, I was told that staff in the back reported that Callie was hyper, ate only a small amount of her food, knocked the rest over, and refused to eat the rest. However, that directly contradicts the report card we were given at pickup, which stated that the dogs devoured their food. Those two statements cannot both be true. At this point, I believe one of two things happened: either the report card was pencil-whipped and filled out without accurately documenting what actually happened during the stay, or I was lied to when I called asking questions about my dogs. Honestly, based on how this entire situation has been handled, I wouldn't be surprised if it was both. Either way, it is completely unacceptable from a business that is being trusted to care for people's pets. The inconsistent explanations have only added to our concerns. As pet owners, we trust a boarding facility to provide accurate information about our animals' care and well-being. When the written documentation says one thing and staff later says something entirely different, it raises serious questions about how records are being completed and whether they can be relied upon. I was told by the front desk staff that I would receive a phone call from the owner/general manager regarding these concerns. I hope they take this situation seriously and are willing to address both the billing issue and the condition in which our dogs were returned. Based on our experience so far, this has been one of the most disappointing and unprofessional customer service experiences we have encountered. Between the unexpected billing, the lack of accountability, the conflicting information regarding our dogs' care, and the condition in which our dogs were returned, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this facility to others.

We have four big dogs and we're thrilled to have Faraz and his wonderful team in our neighborhood!…read moreFrom the moment my wife & I walked in, we were treated like family - given a tour of the entire amazing facility. It's like Disney World for our beloved pups! The kennels and play area had state of the art drainage for their little accidents and it's clean & safe as is their grooming section. We were given a thorough consultation on their services and products and Faraz even had offered to bring in any items we use that they don't carry as an added convenience to us and our pets. That's superb customer care & service. Bottom line; it's easy to buy from Chewy.com and or PetSmart, but my wife and my hard-earned money will now go to Faraz and his family owned & operated business because we can clearly see that they want to earn our trust & business. Our first purchase was for deodorizer candles, chew toys, canned pumpkin and five large stars for their walk of fame. One for our four dogs and the fifth for Juno, who we lost to cancer this past September. Give them a shot to earn your business for you and your beloved pup pups and tell them David & Amy sent you.

This place is a lot bigger than I thought it would be, it's clean, the aisles are clear, there's room to move around and the grooming & boarding facilities Are kept in separate areas. The boarding facilities are wonderful, I've never seen anything like it. There are lots of options, especially for those of us who want to pamper our babies. It literally is a boarding and spa place for your pets. They also offer daycare with a great play area. They have lots of toys and some agility equipment in the daycare area and lots of room for your fur babies to run around, play, rest, and have fun. You've got to come check this place out. The store is stocked with a lot of healthy items from treats to food, they even have a refrigerated and frozen section for "real food." The toy selection is is fun to go through and they have a discount membership program. Bring your fur baby with you, they are welcomed. This is my new place to shop.
