What a great place this is! The owner is fantastic and very knowledgeable about products, nutritional health for your pets, and offers great friendly advice. This place is a lot bigger than I thought it would be, it's clean, the aisles are clear, there's room to move around and the grooming & boarding facilities Are kept in separate areas. The boarding facilities are wonderful, I've never seen anything like it. There are lots of options, especially for those of us who want to pamper our babies. It literally is a boarding and spa place for your pets. They also offer daycare with a great play area. They have lots of toys and some agility equipment in the daycare area and lots of room for your fur babies to run around, play, rest, and have fun. You've got to come check this place out. The store is stocked with a lot of healthy items from treats to food, they even have a refrigerated and frozen section for "real food." The toy selection is is fun to go through and they have a discount membership program. Bring your fur baby with you, they are welcomed. This is my new place to shop.

I just moved here from California and I don't think I have seen a nicer groomer/boarding home. The owner is so sweet and his staff are very professional. I appreciate that he asks for proper documentation of dog vaccine history so that you are sure the other dogs are up to date. For context my dog contracted fleas the second day since moving here and he has been very uncomfortable. They treated my dog very appropriately, ensuring that he was quickly taken into treatment without exposure to others. I highly recommended you stop by and see what they have to offer.

I dropped my dog of for doggie daycare with the owner. In less than an hour he was dead. The owner admitted to tying him to a cage and leaving him alone. I pray no one else has to go though this.

My poor maltipoo looks so sick and unhealthy in this photo.

Had my dog groomed there three times. They cut him exactly like I requested each and every time.

Please reconsider before bringing your pet here…read more Since the change in management, the quality and standards of care have noticeably declined. In the past, pets could freely enjoy time outside to socialize and play with others while waiting for grooming or pickup--no special request was needed. Now, however, it seems you must explicitly ask for your pet to be let outside, or they're kept in crates for extended periods, sometimes from 9:30 AM until almost 5:00 PM. For pets with high anxiety, like our doodle who struggles with being confined to small spaces, this is distressing and far from the previous standard of care. Additionally, we encountered communication issues. When we hadn't received a call about our dog's pickup and the day was nearing close, we tried calling for an update but received no answer. We also noticed that grooming quality has diminished, with grooming services seeming rushed and lacking attention to detail. The cut our pet received was much shorter than requested and poorly executed. These new policies, combined with increased prices and limited staffing, have led us to seek alternative care options. We urge other pet owners to carefully consider their options as well.

At first, we appreciated their services, but over time, the issues piled up: - Inadequate cameras in the play area that don't cover the full space, leaving us unsure of what really happens. - "Pawgress" reports included photos of other dogs, not Crosby, making us question if she was even getting the attention we paid for. - Fearful reactions--Crosby started shaking and whining at drop-off, which she never used to do. - Unfulfilled services: Multiple times, we paid for grooming (including Furmination) only for her to come home completely untouched, despite wearing a bandana like she'd been groomed. Staff apologized and promised refunds, but nothing changed. The final straw? After her last "grooming," Crosby came home filthy, stinking like creek water, and with thick layer of loose fur--proof she hadn't been brushed, let alone Furminated. When I complained, they offered a refund (still not received). It's heartbreaking to leave after three years, but PetSuites has repeatedly failed our trust. Crosby deserves better, and so do you. See the photo--this is how much fur came out after her supposed "groom." Unacceptable. Do better, PetSuites. Even then, we won't be back.

After all that time and after speaking with someone on the phone extensively the day before, I was told that he was missing the dog flu vaccine and that it's required. The person who I spoke with the day before did not mention this. Also, this is what it says on their website: Recommended Vaccine Canine Influenza: We accept the 12-month Canine Influenza vaccine (It is not required but is recommended when having your dog in any setting with other dogs) So the employee who was trying to check me in and the employee helping her lied! What a waste of my time!
