The best part about Well Groomed (outside of our superstar groomer) is their policies. Pet parents know all of the emotions and anxiety that can come with these services- Well Groomed (and Emmy) prioritizes the comfort of their animal clients above all else. Our two boys have issues with their nail trims, and I truly appreciate the fact that WGP does not force them past their comfort level. If the boys are uncomfortable, the service isn't completed. That is such a relief to know our pets aren't being pushed past their limits. Big plus: The photo update texts during the appointment. Such a great service!
