In this case, the CUSTOMER CHOSE to open the roll even though he said he believed it to have been tampered with. I strongly disagree with it ever being tampered with prior to him receiving it and opening it." The resale value of this package is $600-$800 dollars. They offered me a loan of a mere $150, which is a complete insult and scam. I'm not sure exactly who owns this place now but Max-It on University offered a loan of $250 for the exact same items. Then on top of this they were rude, not nice, not friendly, disrespectful, not customer service oriented, and then on top of it accuse me of being rude because I was trying to make a deal not get robbed. He just kept looking up what I would assume to be the lowest price he could find on the internet it sold for so he could offer me the least amount. What a way to win a customer! With a 300% interest loan you think that these people could be a little bit more grateful that addicts, swindlers, and financially illiterate people are the majority of who keep them in business.
