The charger worked a TINY bit (like sometimes, if I had it positioned just right it would charge at the rate of about 10% per hour, but also just would stop charging randomly when it hadn't been touched. I called to see about the return policy which is apparently exchange only. They say this was posted but I certainly wasn't too that and there are so many posters and signs all over it doesn't surprise me that I missed it. When I called to find out what my options were the guy just kept telling me to come in and if it was damaged they would give me a new one, I said I wasn't sure I wanted to go through the bother of coming back (it's not that near me) in order to get another one that would probably be faulty too. He hung up on me. I do realize that they likely get scammed by people trying to return things and cheat them somehow, but I was very disappointed at every step of the experience. Just burn your cash in a bin, or go somewhere else and good luck!

They were able to repair her phone screen within 2 hours of dropping it off. She broke her screen around 3:00 p.m. and had a new screen on her phone before 6:00 p.m. they did set reasonable expectations and say that they just happened to not be busy at the moment. But typically you could expect a repair in 3 hours if you have an appointment. I almost want to break something just to use them again.

Now I know what you are thinking, I didn't have a choice of locations. I did. Three years ago for a different phone, they took care of me. With that said, I am happy to say this was my second satisfied experience. This location is north of HYW494 in a court of shops, businesses, and restaurants on Lyndale Avenue. My phone is complicated, so normally these questions are asked. Did you drop your phone? No. Was it dropped in a liquid? No. Was there anything you did to break your phone? No. It was simple, my screen cracked about 1 inch from the bottom of the fold of the phone. After filing my claim and taking it to be fixed, the uBreakiFix team confirmed the status of my phone and said this would be taken care of. I know this was a long-winded story to make sure John and Christian (uBreakiFix experts) are taken care of. Because of them, my experience was spectacular. They were kind, patient, thorough, experienced, etc. Also, they sent me a personal text with the status of my phone and when it was fixed.
