I came out of the hospital and I needed a recliner to elevate my legs and I was unable to walk. I called them up. I told them my situation -Nick was the person who answered the phone. He asked me what features I was looking for and told me he would send me four pictures of different recliners for me to look at and if I needed more just to let home know. From those four I picked one and ended up getting it delivered to me in the process. It was Nick, Rob and Bill who all helped me and they all carried on from where the other one left off with no issues. I didn't have to wait for anyone to call me back. I got my answers anytime I called. When my chair came the two delivery men, Sam and Rodney were super polite and awful nice and made sure it was all set up and ready to got before they left. One of the sinks worked, toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks, it was 90293739201° in there, toilet paper touches the floor and it's everywhere in the bathroom. The stalls, floors, mirrors, and sinks all have black sludge everywhere. I mean DISGUSTING. I wish I would have taken pictures.. My advice is to pay special attention to the bathrooms because it is definitely a health hazard in there.
