The prices were relatively decent and the work was done swiftly. I was told they normally don't do same day pick up but they had all of our pieces ready for us in about two hours. I would recommend them to friends and family as well as personally do business with them in the future. Come to think of it, I have a few rings that need a diamond or two replaced. So I'll actually be paying them a visit very soon and look forward to them delivering quality work yet again.

I told her they could have simply removed the magazines, so I don't understand why it was listed and approved if they couldn't sell it. To make it worse, she told me the gun had been sold "20 minutes ago" even though I bought it around 20 hours before that. The whole situation just felt unorganized and misleading. If you're in California, be careful ordering online from here -- they may approve and charge you, then change the price and cancel after the fact.
