At the end of each service you get a pet journal, where the walker or sitter gives a little report of what your pet was up to or accomplished, as well as a photo and - I won't lie - they're the highlight of my day. Brent was on time, friendly and had a ton of questions about our pets and how he could provide the best service. And he did. While we were away for a week, Brent checked in on our menagerie twice a day. Each day he sent us text updates with photos of our pets. It was awesome! He even sent us a photo of our Beta! We have asked Fairy Dogmom to walk our pups (three, poorly trained cavaliers--which is no easy task!), feed our kitties, board our dogs, and also stay at our home to take care of the full menagerie (three dogs and two cats). Fairy Dogmom has fulfilled all of our requests and done so reliably and with the utmost care and attention. For "normal" dog walks, we receive comprehensive and fun updates, complete with a narrative and photos, and when we have had a Fairy Dogmom stay with our dogs and cats, it's like we have left them in the capable and loving hands of a best friend--who updates us constantly by email about how our crew is doing. He has lots of anxiety and gets depressed whenever we have to leave him for extended periods. The first time we used this service, we left him with my brother and went on a trip out of state. Normally, he doesn't eat or poop when we leave him like this for a few days. However, he absolutely loved his walks with Ashley and my brother told us he ate and had a regular bathroom schedule! We got daily reports from Ashley and pictures with detailed information on if she gave him treats and his activities/pace during the walk. It was heartwarming to see our little guy being cared for while we were away. Because this was so great, we used the service again when I had to travel out of town. My husband was home but had to work really long hours so we had Marsha take Rockie for his afternoon/evening walks. Again, we got detailed reports and our little guy was very happy (evidenced by his regular eating and bathroom schedule). We also have a doorbell camera that automatically took a couple of 20 second videos and seeing how kind and caring Marsha was with our baby really put the icing on the cake!
