Their prices are reasonable and affordable! Appointments are needed, or recommended, walk in also accepted but you might have to wait longer. I have two puppies and they been coming here for the vaccinations.

got my cat neutered here! he recovered just fine and i even called them with questions afterwards about giving him medicine and they were just super helpful with the aftercare process even offering me something easier for my cat to take for his situation. super friendly employees, i was so worried about bringing my cat to the vet for the first time as a first time cat owner but do not hesitate to take your pets here because he was definitely treated with so much care. when the girl took him from me when i got there she was SO excited to see him, i just felt a lot of my anxiety go away the minute i saw how bright her eyes got. these people really love their animals here don't fret to take them LOL he's super healthy and recovered fast. but i assume all pets are different with recovery speeds this was the most affordable clinic i could find and it really helped with the situation im in right now so i appreciated that a lot. thank you guys!

today my husband and I got our dog Evie spayed here. They did amazing. Really friendly people. The price here was much more affordable than our normal vet. We even got a 25% discount making our entire bill $338. Drop off was super easy and simple. In between drop off and pick up, they gave me a call to let me know Evie finished her surgery, is doing well and ready to be picked up at 3. Very grateful for that because I was very scared waiting.. Pick up was an ease. The person who brought her out was super nice and helped me get my dog to my car because I came with my baby. Amazing place! :)

had 3 of my cats neutered and spayed here and they're always so nice and helpful! high quality work at a cheaper price vs at a vet. they do vaccinations too! love it here!

We got our cat neutered and chipped here after checking a few other options, which were either very costly or hard to get ahold of. Spay Illinois was efficient, effective and our furry friend looked totally calm yet alert after his procedure. I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks. They were quick to reach out after i left a message and their instructions were very detailed which I appreciated. I opted for all the extras, including the IV/fluids, take home pain meds, gabapentin etc. Our cat surprisingly didn't even need the gabapentin (though he got the nsaid for pain) but i was glad to have it in case. They seem to run a tight ship. Cat (or dog) is dropped off in AM and immediately taken back to a room where they start their intake; I wasn't able to go back with him or speak directly with the vet but I was ok with it as I felt at ease with the place. I was able to pay digitally ahead of time. The next contact was in the early afternoon to tell me I could pick him up early if we wanted (which of course, I did). They do a group discharge where all of us got instructions at the same time, then the vet techs brought out each pet one by one. Our cat recovered quickly and was surprisingly compliant with the cone (though i ended up using my own soft one I had purchased on amazon). I was able to have him get his frcp booster that was also due while he was under anesthesia, which was a convenience that was much appreciated. Overall i liked this experience. It wasn't as personal as if i took him to our usual vet, but I felt for this purpose of the neuter surgery, they were well equipped to take care of my precious cat and I was happy with the outcome.

Bill for feral cat that both of the cats are but other cat is over three times the cost and still treated me like shit

Have brought several cats in for feral cat package. This last time a raccoon broke our big trap and I didn't have time to get a bigger trap and the kitten was 3.5 lbs so brought her in littler trap and they wouldn't take her for feral-"first because they said it was too small for her to recover in" and so I said I could get go to Walmart and buy a new trap in 20 minutes and be back. They told me no but that I could pay more for her to be spayed as house cat. I was willing to do that even and then they are like well she can't be in the trap so you are gonna have to take her home. I live almost 3 hours away and chose to come here because I had such a great Experience the first time. I begged them to let me leave her as I drove all this way to have the girls fixed. Finally a girl from the back gave me a box and said I could take cat off property and put her in but not on property--so I did this. I appreciate the work they do and I understood the directions but when trying to trap her the trap became damaged by a raccoon and so it just was a fluke I didn't have bigger cage as wire was poking up out of it. But either way got the job done-but the lady who checked me out was rude and told me to be quiet which I had been standing to the side waiting to check out so I asked her if I could and she told me to hush. I was never rude to the staff if I had to take them home I would of and I did not appreciate her being extremely rude, I just had traveled this far and I was trying to keep them from continuing to reproduce and add to the problems of cats reproducing but I won't bring my cats back as I was so disappointed in several staff as they were rolling their eyes at the desk when I told them I would go buy another trap or remedy this situation immediately rather than make me drive home with nothing accomplished. I was just trying to help the overpopulation issues and this was unnecessary. So thank you to the staff who were understanding and helped these kittens who have lots of kittens in the woods behind my house.

Also, Dr. Sunni has kindly been intervening in our elderly dog's vet tech appts to express the dog's anal glands himself, while keeping the appt at the the cost of a vet tech appt, since the techs were having a lot of difficulty expressing him. And, he said, keep making appts with the techs when I'm on schedule, so I can do it, and let's see how we can add more things to his diet, to help him keep his glands clean. I love this organic approach to helping my elderly dog. We've added organic pumpkin and organic flax seed. We're already seeing his gland much less full. I really really really appreciate Dr. Sunni's kindness as it's difficult to know my dog has a collapsed trachea and hear him cry out repeatedly in pain, while the techs express his glands. Now, we're increasing the time between those appts. And, I don't hear those cries now. So, I have to say, go CARE Animal Hospital. For the "care" I applaud you and have loyalty to continue recommending this hospital very highly.

I was really worried about my cat Bella and she needed to go under anesthesia so I was procrastinating a little since she is my little laughter and has asthma. Dr. Berg cares so much that she has even answered my emails after hours. Jordan is always on top of everything as well including immediate calls and emails too which I am sure she gets employee of the month a lot (jk, but she should with how helpful she is). I have had many vets in my life depending on where I was living. Now that I am a home owner, I'm grateful to have such a wonderful vet close by. I can't say enough good things about this establishment since everyone is always so nice, which is very calming especially when you go in there stressed or worried (like most of the time besides buying special food). Dr. Grover is very good and a real nice guy as well though Dr. Berg has been my main doc since she saved Bella's life and it's just worked out that way since I met her first. Dr. Berg and Jordan have probably put extra time in too for me since I send videos (asthma attacks) and we have established a great business relationship and they know how worried I am about my "little princess" as well as my car accident from being hit by the "texting driver". They have a great team there too and are all in sync with each other. Everyone at the front desk are extremely positive and helpful too so it has a wonderful atmosphere. Update: Bella, 12 years of age is now acting 5 years younger and has double the energy. She seems very happy now that her pain seems to be gone as well as she is waking me up at sunrise to open the blinds so she can watch the birds and etc. Her asthma has got a lot better too so I really can't express how happy I am to see her happy again! She is even playing hockey with her ball and loves her toys again. It puts a smile on my face even in these hard times of the pandemic. Thanks Dr. Berg, Jordan, and the staff for everything!

Recently our boy Finn dislocated his hip and needed surgery to fix it. We called every VCA around and everyone was booked, it was also a Saturday so that was understandable. Aurora was the last VCA on our list because it's an hour and a half southeast of our home. So we called to see if we could get him in, we were told yes but it was a 2-3 hour wait because they were packed as well. We waited because our Finn is worth the wait. Finn got in to see a doctor, they ran all of their tests/X-rays and kept us informed every step of the way. We eventually got into a room and were given the results along with all the options and costs, they were very professional and informative. We decided to wait until Monday to make an appointment for surgery, otherwise we would have had to pay the "weekend fees/rates. We called Monday to schedule an appointment for surgery. Surgery was scheduled for Tuesday. Tuesday morning we dropped off Finn and his food; we were told they would call us before and after surgery and again before bedtime, and they did. We arrived Wednesday afternoon to pick Finn up and we were given all of his paperwork and meds, then we instructed on what to look out for during the healing process and how to use his meds and to call if we needed anything and to schedule an appointment with our VCA for a follow up. From beginning to end Aurora Animal Hospital crushed it!, Knocked it out of the park!, and exceeded our expectations!!!! Great Job Aurora VCA Staff and Thank You!! He is a highly experienced surgeon--and doctors at that level often lack the "bedside manner" so crucial to clear communication and a healthy doctor/patient/patient's family relationship. Dr. Peacock dispelled all those concerns the moment he walked in the room. He is warm and down to earth. He was so helpful--examining our dog, explaining the issue and appropriate procedure--and answering all of our questions (some of which we likely asked more than once) with patience, kindness, and candor. I can't express enough how positive the entire experience was. Every single person made us feel comfortable, confident in our dog's care, and welcome. And our dog is good as new (so to speak!) I brought bunny back the next day and this vet took no accountability for potentially be aggressive with bunny ears. First visit charged over $250 and I fought with them to in good faith refund or offer credit for ear drops I was now directed to stop using. This vet is only concerned with over charging. Next day they fought with me at front desk and was refusing to issue my credit for the meds that they agreed to credit because we didn't bring the meds back to them for the credit which is very odd because normally any other vet does not want you to bring Meds back for credit because legally, they cannot take the meds back. They were trying to get me to pay an additional $140 for next day check and we actually had to demand that they give us our bunny back. They were trying to not give us our bunny back because of the fact that they owed us a credit and would not give it to us without the medication in hand. My daughter had to drive all the way back home and then all the way back to give them back the eardrops in order for them to issue my credit and then all of a sudden they added an additional medication onto my bill, charging me over $90 After the credit, when they told me earlier that all I had to owe them for that next day visit was a little over $40. The bottom line is that this veterinary practice took no accountability whatsoever for creating an additional either inner ear, or neurological problem by the aggressive treatment to my bunny ears. I will never go back to this place and I hope that this is a message for those that might be using this vet for exotic pets in particular.

Since he's a senior and then some dog, most vets get impatient due to how anxious/stressed and painful he can be. This was not the case at Warrenville Grove Animal Hospital. The service from the front desk staff, vet techs, Tracy, and vets was 5 stars (from my husband, myself, and our fur baby). We were treated with empathy, patience, and the highest level of care. Henry (fur baby) was as comfortable as he could be throughout and he did not scream once. Kim (vet tech) and Dr. Sarah Morlock were thorough, patient, and kind. They answered any and all questions and provided estimates $$ throughout the process. Unfortunately my baby did not improve and that is not for lack of compassion or care from the staff. My sweetheart went to rest here and we were shown empathy and care. We were able to make Henry feel as comfortable as possible - we brought his bed, blanket, and listened to music the entire time. We were given some of his fur and a paw print as a keepsake. I decided to have Hengers cremated and received him within a week. I truly am grateful for the entire staff at Warrenville Grove.
