From the bottom of my heart I cannot thank Ashley, Marsha and the whole team enough for getting our precious Quinn back so quickly. Our fur baby left us suddenly and my sister flew down from Alaska to collect her remains. Unfortunately she had limited time to be in San Diego so we asked if services could be expedited. They didn't guarantee our time frame but was pleasantly surprised to have her remains in our arms an hour before the ETA. WCPM is compassionate, professional and respectful. Thank you again for your hard work and dedication during our time of mourning. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Thank you for taking care of my boy Ace. Worst moment of my life, but knowing he was handled with dignity gives me some peace. Our veterinarian at Rancho Del Oro set everything up... a friend of mine called you to see if his ashes were heading back to the vet for me to pick up... I was too distraught to call. The person on the phone was compassionate and very helpful. Beautiful box and name plate, paw print, and a lock of his hair. The pet loss grief info was also helpful as this was my first dog that passed away, and this grief is so very hard. Everything was presented so beautifully. Thank you.

I lost 2 pet members within 6 days. West Coast UPS the ashes of my dog and someone had to be there to receive them. The box the ashes are in is beautiful along with the paw print. The package came carefully wrapped. I had to get the ashes for my parrot at the vet-same thing carefully prepared. They generally care for you and your pet member. Losing a pet is hard but it made me feel better that they are were cared for and now they both are home.

I am so glad we found Guardian Angels. Our boy Jack left us and Guardian Angels made the process seamless. The thought of having to call animal pickup or find something to do with our best friend of 13+ years was very stressful. However, finding GA was a great stress relief. We opted for the private cremation and pickup. The pickup was worth every single penny. I would have paid double. Having to drive my boy Captain Jack after he passed would have been too much. The staff was helpful, friendly, and compassionate, from the people on the phone, to the driver who picked him up, to Mike who dropped Jack off at home. I am SO glad we did this. The paw print ornament was over the top fantastic and made us all cry. Thank you Guardian Angels. If you find yourself in this unfortunate situation, having to tell your furry family members goodbye, I highly recommend Guardian Angels.

Where do I start? Seeing how there's not many options in North county for crematories this is a great addition. The crematories that are in San Diego county don't all have good reputations. Some of their facilities are nowhere as clean as Guardian Angels and probably only half the size. Okay so yes Guardian Angels are the new guys in town and a lot of people don't know about them just yet. I give them about 6 months and they will be number one in the county. Mike who is the owner is so passionate about pets and of course people. Right now Mike has a small staff but I'm sure that will probably change once the word gets out about them. I had the chance to take a tour of the new facility and it just blew my mind. This place is so nice, clean and modern. When my pets pass there's no question I'm bringing them here. They have so many services it's crazy! They have the I.D. disk, a necklace with your pets ashes in a bead and several different urns to choose from. Great job Mike I know your business will do well!!!

It's been a really tough July. Been having expensive car issues and it being my birthday month and then losing our fur baby kitty "Preshie" on July 15, 2018. He was 17 years old. Mike and his work crew were very compassionate and helped to make a difficult situation easier. They offer different options for creamation of your pet. We went with a nice wooden box with a slot to put a picture of our kitty in. We also received a copy of the Rainbow Bridge poem, cremation certificate, a nice letter of condolence, necklace and a candle. I was having car problems and couldn't make it up there when they finished. They made arrangements so I could pick it up after hours. They do a wonderful job and try to work within your budget. Thanks so much. I also wanted to mention that they have pet ambassadors that meet you when you arrive. We were met by a nice dog. I think Cabo was his name that made us smile and made it easier to say goodbye to our fur baby.

Loosing a pet is never easy, by guardian angels made is easy to cherish our sweet boy one last time. It may seem expensive to opt for the individual cremation, but if you have the opportunity, I would take it. We received a lovely oak box with our baby's name engraved on it, (and a not so flattering nick name lol), a beautiful paw print, (not one of those store bought press-and-bake), a candle, a rainbow bridge poem, and the best part: the second half to a "Best friends" charm. I used Guardian angels because our veterinarian chose this as the primary place they go to, but even if it wasn't, after this experience, I would want them to take care of all my pets.

My vet Dr Bill Haddock and Ann from ESCONDIDO Hills veterinary helped me contact Mike. I was very distraught about loosing my BoBo. Mike did a nice job in printing exactly what I wanted on the cedar box with BoBo's ashes. Included a sweet poem about the Rainbow bridge. A candle and a sweet letter of condolences. I understand his business is new. I would recommend Guardian Angels to anyone looking for someone that really cares. Thank you. Peace. Theresa McMullen

My cat Chelsea passed away at home, peacefully. She was 16 years young. Since all of that happened without realizing it and after hours, I panicked a bit regarding what to do and how quickly to do it. From the moment I reached out to Peaceful Waters Aquamation, they treated me with so much kindness, patience, and understanding. Jennifer, who welcomed us, knew how much Chelsea meant to me and handled everything with genuine compassion and respect. What really meant the most was how gentle and thoughtful they were throughout the entire process. They didn't treat this like just another service, they truly honored my cat's life. That level of care made a heartbreaking situation just a little bit easier to bear. I selected to have Chelsea's ashes to be delivered in person. Kristine who delivered my cat's remains, handled everything beautifully and with such attention, it gave me a sense of peace knowing my pet was cared for so respectfully. Lastly, I can't say enough of how beautiful the paw prints were as well as the ashes in her little blue bag. I decided to purchase an urn somewhere else, but the way everything was presented to me upon reception made it feel like my cat was back home and it felt very comforting. I can't thank Peaceful Waters Aquamation enough for their compassion and support. If you're going through the loss of a beloved pet, I highly recommend them, they truly make a difference when you need it most.

Atlas was 13yo, and I made the difficult decision to decline the invasive treatment options available. Instead, I vowed that Atlas would live out the rest of his days with peace and joy, never stepping foot in a vet clinic again. Peaceful Veterinary Care allowed me to keep that vow to Atlas by giving him a calm and dignified passing at home surrounded by his favorite people. From the kind and empathetic staff answering my questions over the phone to Dr. Rose's professional and compassionate bedside manner with Atlas and me alike, everyone at Peaceful Veterinary Care is truly in service of the families they care for. The day of Atlas' passing was beautiful and bright, so we all went out to my backyard where Atlas could feel most comfortable. We were not rushed in our goodbyes or grief, and the entire process was quiet and calm... I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to plan those arrangements for my dearest boy. He deserved nothing less. I will add that I initially chose Peaceful Veterinary Care because I was especially interested in their aquamation services. I knew that I wanted Atlas' ashes, but I also wanted a more environmentally responsible option than traditional cremation. Atlas' remains were ready in one short week, and they even included a beautiful clay paw print and a small collection of fur. The loss of a beloved family pet is profound and devastating. The services offered by Peaceful Veterinary Care honor the sanctity of those deep bonds, allowing space to truly celebrate the life and love shared.

When we called, I believe, Kim, answered the phone with so much sweetness and kindness. She was patient and answered all of my questions and concerns, all through my tears and sniffles. I called on a Friday afternoon and booked our appointment for Sunday afternoon. She sent clear email instructions and told us to call for anything. Dr. Justin Altman showed up at 2:30pm on the dot. He came in with a comforting confidence. He sat with us and let our Big Black Bear, Rossi, the sweetest 14 year old Black Lab, warm up to him. It didn't take long, as Rossi loved everyone. He was a gentle giant. Justin saw the large mass on his front left leg and immediately said bone cancer as well as explained the quick decline he must have had. He asked us questions about Rossi's health and behavior and reassured us it was the right decision, we NEEDED to hear this from a professional, as the cancer had most likely spread elsewhere in his body and the mass would not go away. Once he explained all of this, we were ready to proceed. My husband and Justin easily moved Rossi onto his bed. Justin explained the process, and allowed us all the time we needed. The sedative that would kick in and relax him and take away his pain, and then the euthanasia injection. He gave us privacy to say our final goodbye after he had checked that his heart had stopped beating. He returned with a small stretcher to carry out Rossi's body to his car. His wife Robin would receive Rossi's body for aquamation. A three week process. We had filled out the form prior to the euthanasia so Rossi could start right away. We picked him up in Lakeside and was given a paw print and a beautiful brown box with his remains. Kim, Justin, and Robin were extremely professional and sympathetic. I highly recommend their services and will be referring them in the future to all my fur Mamas and Papas.

Not so bad if you're only in there for 15 min but after an hour, you have to open the door just to breathe. 2) The TV in the lobby is too loud. Maybe a nice, quiet video loop of relaxing/calming scenery, flowing water, etc.? I can't hear over David Attenborough's voice and that's saying a lot since he's a fairly soft-spoken guy.

When I described Peanut's symptoms to the front desk staff, she immediately tried to assume it was a seizure, even though that was never part of her symptoms. After 45 minutes of waiting, the staff told us the doctor was ready and asked us to hand over Peanut. We were confused as to why we couldn't be present for the initial exam, but we complied. Another 30 minutes passed, and when we asked for an update, we were told the doctor was with another patient and Peanut was "next." Then Peanut vomited blood again, so she was taken back immediately and again we were told she was next. We waited another hour, and by this time it was 12:30 AM with still no care provided. At that point, we were frustrated and concerned for her safety, so we decided to leave and find another urgent care. We found WAG Animal ER, only 8 minutes away, with the same $100 exam fee and no wait. The difference was night and day. The staff there was kind, compassionate, and professional. Peanut was seen by a doctor within 5 minutes. And the Dr even called us 3 days later to check on her status.
