Congrats to PLC on their anniversary! I have been a customer for almost 13 years!…read moreI have had several dogs & now have Henry ... a rescue from Peggy Adam's. He is a good boy but has needed some help w/ a few bad habits. Billie the trainer is assisting me in teaching him better habits. All the staff - Haley , Mary Rose, Kelsey & more are just the best! I am so glad we know y'all & thank you all for all your caring for Henry!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at Pet Lover Central in Boca Raton was…read moretroubling enough that I feel other dog owners should be aware. From the start, communication was disorganized. I had already sent in my dogs' vaccine records, yet I was asked to resend them because staff couldn't access the email address I was originally told to use. This was frustrating and felt like an unnecessary waste of time. When I picked up my dogs, several issues raised serious concerns for me. Their bed was returned broken, some of their toys were missing, none of their food was given back, and all of their treats were untouched which made me question what level of care they actually received during their stay. For a bill of nearly $900 for just three and a half days, I expected far better. What made the situation worse was the lack of urgency in addressing these concerns. Days went by without resolution, leaving me feeling that my time and my dogs' well-being were not valued. This was not the experience I anticipated, and based on what happened, I cannot recommend this facility. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously, because no pet owner should have to feel this way after trusting a business with their animals.

He had underline any kidney issues which makes anesthesia more dangerous since it goes right through those little precious kidneys. They decided to change the surgery with no consent. He had no blood work. They put him under general anesthesia removed insignificant the one I consent it on, but I can send it on nothing else and no pre-op bloodwork and gave ace promazine which is a heavy duty tranquilizer for dogs that are out of control and that was not Chevy. The doctor didn't stated in her to me describing the surgery to remove it which means one thing light gas to be able to the does that sound like a dog who she out of control of course not she knew his gentle temperament at his age why they filled him up with promising and then all that anesthesia and they won't give me the anesthesia to know how much you don't give either of these to an Dr. Browning is known for excellence. Something went on here and it's obvious they're covering it up. The manager of the hospital veterinarian herself said she did nothing wrong so no consent is OK changing a low risk to risk. She saying it's OK. I'm reporting her to the board too because if she really believes that she should not be a veterinarian or a manager of a then they're mean to me there's bullies to me when I lost my beloved Chevy, the love of my life when they change the surgery and then their bullies to me they cut me off. They won't give me the anesthesia report and the things I want and then their bullies to me but someone told me that that's what people do when they know they're wrong or they're scared they're gonna be getting caught. I thought they were the best that's why I went to them so other people that do I don't know if they're still gonna go to them now heard my story because people look up to me as a person knowing my exceptional and now I have to feel guilty the rest of my life after it was four days not coming out of anesthesia no wonder with all the poison put into his fragile body and Dr. BrowNing with her expertise and reputation- known to b practical- would never consciously choose these decisions so there's got to be an reason why she did. This is like hearing the White House is now only serving vegan food
