I decided to give Paws on You a try since I liked the website though the prices were a bit much. I started an email correspondence with the owner Joeana Mills and she seemed sweet and very down to earth. She explained she did everything at Paws on You from dog walking, to boarding to grooming. There was no we, it was just her and she currently only walked a few dogs a couple times a week. I was interested in her grooming services and asked her about her training. She explained she took an on-line AKC(American Kennel Club) class and also studied with a hands on mentor in the area. When I asked her for the mentor's name, she refused to give it. I was taken aback. But I really started getting worried when she said other perspective customers had that reaction as well. She didn't seem to have any issues with holding back important information from her customers. Naturally we did not choose Paws on You for our grooming needs. This place seems to strive to make itself look like something that it is not. I asked around town and their have been a lot of lies -Including that she represents Furminator products when she does not. Buyer Beware!! There are many more established and honest groomers in town! Joeana even recommended the grooming post saying they did have more experience than her since she was just starting out. I swear if you look at her website it looks like she is just taking pictures of dogs and saying they are her clients. If you go there ask to see her AKC certificate that might be fake too. read more

I wasn't happy with my current dog walker so I decided to give Paws on You a try. I like that they advertised on this site under Health and Safety. that they were so Covid safe(wearing masks while walking your dog, social distancing, using gloves with your dog and even wearing masks in the clients home when they come in and out of their clients home. I was pretty happy with her until I looked at the photos on her website which clearly show her following no precautions and having her son also unmasked. I also caught her in my home dropping off my dog with no mask, gloves, etc. Keep yourself and your family safe from Covid. I do not recommend paws on you. Be safe!! Wear a mask even outside!! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Paws on You because I did observe them breaking Massachusetts law and their word by coming into my home without the proper precautions. My husband is a police officer and wanted to issue the owner Joeanna Mills a ticket, for not wearing a proper face covering , but I talked him out of it. I know masks are a controversial subject. I was looking for a dogwalker and jumped on Paws on You's page. I seriously cannot believe what I saw. In this charged political environment when people are literally unable to go to work because they are worried about the future of this country, they are posting pictures of dogs running for political office. We thought we just needed a dog walker, but Paws On You brought more than that. With a little bit of extra care we're also working on our dog's behavior around strangers, especially when answering the door. Boy does that make him nervous! But Paws On You has been a huge help and even reached out afterward to see how things are progressing. Thanks for checking in on us to see how his behavior is coming along, it's going great! I've recently had to spend a lot of time away from home and was nervous with how my beagle, Barney, would handle over nights at a kennel. I was so happy to find paws on you! Barney now doesn't have to stay in a kennel, we can do in home over nights. What a life saver. Joeana has been amazing with Barney! She's professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. Joeana does such a great job with our puppy Zeb! She's patient, and caring, and knows how to keep an energetic pup engaged in a safe way. She's basically his new best friend! He's always so excited when she picks him up, and looks so happy when she sends us photos or quick little videos from their walks. I was hesitant to try a dog trainer, but my dog had some aggression issues and I wanted to make sure my kids were safe. Best investment I've made! Paws On You really knows their stuff and was teaching me about my dog's behavior right away! My family had just moved to Attleboro and needed a dog walker. My kids and I met Joeana in the neighborhood while she was walking dogs. She seemed super sweet and responsible and out puppy Grizz loved her so I hired her. What a disappointment she was late 4 out of the six times she walked him and left his jacket on the whole time. I emaied the owner to ask if she could watch my puppy. She replied once and then ghosted me. At first I thought she was just busy because she had said she was having a busy summer caring for her clients dogs. But she did not respond to two other emails. Very unprofessional. Joeana and her family have been a huge help to us. I am a firefighter and my wife is a nurse so we have crazy schedules and she has always been able to walk our dog Branley no matter what.
