I'm partially disabled & can't walk across the unlevel yard without risk of falling so I rely on the promptness of their weekly visit. Today was the second visit & it went well. I'm pleased that they were able to schedule the visits on the day I wanted. I feel very confident that I made the right choice in choosing Poop 911.

It was little things at first like not fully closing the gate or not locking it. The last straw for me was when the technician decided to leave even after my daughter brought our dogs in. When they came back three days later they were unable to complete my visit and wanted to charge me extra. I told them that I did not feel it was appropriate to charge me extra for something that was not my fault. Their technician chose to leave instead of servicing my yard and that is why there was an "over abundance" of waste. The person I was speaking with told me they had to leave to finish my technician's route because he spent an additional 15 minutes at my house...again this was not my fault. It was clear we were not going to see eye to eye so I cancelled my service with them. It's a shame. I have been a customer for the last 4 or 5 years.

John honored the price and his technician came out the next business day to do the service. He did a great job and he even power blowered all the soil cores off of the driveway, which he stated is something they do for all of their aeration customers. The Company then said they should've been charging me $1.50 extra per week for a gated community upon review of their service not being provided. I then informed them to cancel my account as me contacting them about a lack of service resulting in their response of wanting to charge more is ridiculous given the amount of competition they have. My suggestion to anyone reading this is DO NOT USE this vendor as there are plenty of other service providers that wouldn't react this way and actually desire to retain customers.
