They do a great job of picking up the poop come rain or shine, sleet or snow. Makes life easier so well worth the money

I've used for 3 years. Service provided failed to show up this week and did not communicate with me about non service event. Upon further inquiry it appears they had trouble accessing through our gate system for the HOA. The Company then said they should've been charging me $1.50 extra per week for a gated community upon review of their service not being provided. I then informed them to cancel my account as me contacting them about a lack of service resulting in their response of wanting to charge more is ridiculous given the amount of competition they have. My suggestion to anyone reading this is DO NOT USE this vendor as there are plenty of other service providers that wouldn't react this way and actually desire to retain customers. read more

We are 2 weeks into our service and it has been fantastic! When I called and set the service up they were very professional and informative. Their servie has been as they described. Their work has been great. We have two dogs and after The Pet Butler leaves there is no sign of poop in our large yard. I receive a convienant text when they arrive. They are respectful to my yard & closes my gate when they leave. read more

LOVE THIS SERVICE. The guy always brings my Boston terrier Boris a tennis ball and each week he destroys it. The other week was the first time I got to meet our guy (I wish I remembered his name), and he was so nice and asked about both of my dogs. My yard is always clean, and I appreciate it a lot. They never did a great job scooping my yard. But I continued service. However, the new person that has been scooping my yard has left my gate unlocked TWICE in three weeks. I sent a text message to the person letting them know. I took a pic and he apologized profusely and said it would never happen again. Then I arrive home three weeks later and he has left my gate UNLOCKED AGAIN! Twice in three weeks! Locks on gates are common. You'd think they'd take an extra 3 seconds to ensure the gate is locked. We are lucky our dogs didn't get out. The second time I sent a text and picture letting them know, I never got a response via text or email. Guess they don't care if your back door gets kicked in, or your dogs get out. Needless to say, I have switched services. I don't recommend whatsoever. Terrible customer service and hire people that can't lock a gate behind them. Completely unacceptable and irresponsible. I don't recommend or you will come home to unlocked gate, maybe a kicked in back door, or maybe your dogs will be gone. Not worth the chance of that happening. Never heard from them about this, so there's that. read more

The young man that does our yard is very polite and does an excellent job. I'm disabled & need the yard picked up. He has is great with our dogs too. I just canceled my service after using them for about a year. I have once a week service, but they do not actually seem to come that often. I have had very little luck with customer service actually returning my calls or hearing my concerns. The final straw was when I had a party 2 weeks ago and cleaned up the backyard - there was a LOT of very old waste that had been overlooked. Currently checking out their competitors. UPDATE: The owner(?) gave me a call, and I was very pleased as that was the first time I'd received a call from PB. It could be the case that my particular serviceman wasn't very thorough, but I have found a cheaper alternative and will give them a chance for a bit.... read more

I had a mentor tell me how important it was, as a working mother, to outsource what I could to others who could do it. Cleaning up after my dog is important - it needs to be done for a variety of reasons and frankly, I wasn't doing it. So, I have had Pet Butler take care of cleaning up my yard and I am always happy with the experience. They are professional, relatively inexpensive and I know my yard is being cleaned up.
