I had the sad task of arranging euthanasia and a private cremation but he died on my bed with me. I contacted Pet Lawn and brought Opie there. I can pick up his ashes in two days. I even found the most beautiful, non-traditional container (non-urn) for his ashes. I'm afraid I don't remember the name of the two women I spoke with but they were so helpful and so compassionate and so sympathetic. It's just what I needed at such a sad time. I called to let them know I would arrive later in the afternoon and they stayed open for me. A big plus for me is that they were more affordable than any other place I called in Milwaukee and the surrounding area.

Our dog, Arya, passed away three days ago and it's been painful for us beyond measure. Her heart stopped while she was playing, so it was extremely unexpected. While we know our vet does a great job for end of life services, we also knew without hesitation that we wanted to take Arya here because of the amazing care and attention that they gave to our Lulu-Bean (she was an exotic animal and they didn't blink an eye or even consider turning her away). We brought Arya here and not only did Pet Lawn accommodate every request, but they gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye, since we didn't get to when she passed. And today, we received a condolences card honoring her. They treat your pet like the family that they are, and treat them with the utmost respect that they deserve. I 1000% recommended Pet Lawn four years ago, and I 2000% recommend them today. My only regret is that I won't be able to leave other 5-star reviews for future pets, but I hope Pet Lawn knows that they'll always receive 5-stars from us every time we tell someone about them.

Samantha, the owner, was there by the doorway and welcomed me with open arms as I cried on her shoulder. I thank you for that. As we were ushered inside, everything-the process, was explained so wonderfully and with so much patience and understanding. We picked out what we wanted and we said goodbye to our little girl, still warm to the touch and with a relaxed snarl on her lips. The website to honor your pet is wonderful and is a place I visit almost daily. Samantha delivered our little girl and everything was neat and organized and absolutely lovely. That care means and meant the world to me. Right now, my little girl rests on her favorite blanket and we rub the urn everyday. I also made use of the "Daily Affirmations" that is sent via email which is very thoughtful and useful. Thank you all for your amazing kindness, professionalism and huge hearts and affordability. You have no idea what you all mean to us.

They responded right away and made accommodations for Chuckie and I felt so comfortable letting him go with them. Forever Remembered has an informative website, and when I called to confirm their hours, the person answering (Chad) was kind and empathetic, just as he was, when I showed up a couple hours later with my precious parcel. He explained options and made arrangements. I was astonished at the quick turnaround time to pick up my girl's cremains-the next business day! Considering there is probably cool-down time involved, I was so surprised. He told me that they make an effort to provide a timely service and I really appreciate that, and it meant a lot to me, having waited over Christmas/ New Years Eve for my previous cat's return. The facility appears clean and organized and my cat's remains were returned in a personalized rosewood box which is beautiful; I ordered a paw print too, and it's very sweet. It was all presented in a respectful way, and the price point was absolutely fair for the service provided. I am grateful. I hope I don't need to see them again for a LONG time, but I am grateful they were there. While I miss my kitty oh so much, this does provide some comfort. If you're looking for the business, it's next to an auto mechanic and that signage is a great clue you're in the right spot.

I got rid of my car a few years ago since I live in the city, and this day just happened to be a terrible rainy weather day. They have a pick-up service and sent someone to pick her up in the terrible weather. The lady was super nice and explained to me what I could order and expect. That pick-up service was so nice considering the whole day and the fact that I was pretty useless at that point. About three weeks later, on a Saturday, I was able to pick up my little girl at the place which is located inside Bohemian National Cemetery. You can tell that Bob really cares about all the animals that come through his door. To the wonderful ceremony and especially to the part that I was especially fighting tears over: the little rubber ducky who would be Sophie's best friend in heaven. Sophie loved toys like no other dog. I have so many wonderful keepsakes of little Sophie. Thank you a million for taking such good care of my little girl.
