When you call asking to bring your animal in.... And they say come on in and bring them in... then…read moreyou get there and they tell you it's a drop off so they can see them whenever they can through out the day.... No... I called for an appointment and they said come on in.. making me think they weren't busy and could see him right away.... So I had to park outside with my guinea pig, searching other vets to take them to....... Definitely wasn't happy extremely disappointed and they used to be my vet that I would take them when I first got them..... the doctors are always nice though, but the front desk really needs work explaining things! So Bobo will no longer be coming there. Everyone check our brook-falls! Great people, actually caring for your animals. Plus delafield Fish tank has two hugeeeeee plecostomus in a tiny tiny tank, covered in scares from getting stuck in the tank...... if they can't take care of their fish tank and the fish in them, I don't trust them with my animals!
