Dr. Megan came to our home, greeted deaf and blind Max, and kindly explained the procedure. She even encouraged our other dog to be there. The entire process was calm and quiet, as I held him in my lap, on his chair and on his blanket. Everything about Dr. Megan was respectful and empathetic. She made a paw print of Max and asked if we would like some little bits of his hair to share with our kids. She even knew that we needed a hug! About a week after, we received a lovely sympathy care from Dr. Megan. How I wish I would have had this option with my previous two dogs!

We were lucky enough to be able to bring him home and have Full Circle come over the same day. Carrie has the perfect demeanor and was so kind through the process. She explained what would happen and made sure we were ready to do so when the time came. While I hope to never have to call/use Full Circle again, I am very thankful that we were able to be with Milhouse at home while he passed.
