Pawsible is a great place to bring your dogs for daycare. Our dogs were able to socialize with the other dogs all day which we really liked. What we also really loved about daycare was that they do a lot of puzzles as well as some light behavioral training. Unfortunately, I'm giving them four stars because we left our dogs here for boarding and there is no one to attend to them during the nighttime. So, if you usually take your dog out later than 7 PM (which we do around 9-10 PM before bed), no one will be able to take them out before bedtime. On weekdays, the latest they take them out is at 7 PM, which is when they close. Then, they take them out at 7 AM when they open, and I assume they take them out at 5 p.m. on weekends since that's when they close. Then, they take them out at 9 AM when they open. This made us feel bad for our dogs because they have to hold their bladder for that long, and also left unattended for a long time. Side Note: They also charge separately for daycare and boarding. Another thing to note is that we also let them groom one of our dogs' sanitary area, but it seemed like they nicked or cut his skin because his sanitary area was very red & irritated when we got him back, we ended up having to put ointment on it to let it heal. I recently stumbled upon this place after getting coffee upstairs. However, since we were going to be gone for the whole day, we decided to book their pet hotel as well a daycare. The process was very quick and easy. I also requested to get him a bath at the end when he gets picked up, in which he did and he smelled so good and so soft. We decided to get matcha at the coffee shop upstairs right after picking him up and we got matcha accidentally poured on him :(( So we had to bring him back down last minute. Thankfully they were very accommodating and were able to give him a wash last minute. I can't thank them enough for the last minute accommodations and hospitality! I needed to get my dog's teeth cleaned because dental health is such an important part of their health. I really didn't want to put my dog under anesthesia but every place (vets, groomers) I went to, informed me that I had to put my dog under anesthesia in order for him to get cleaned because he wasn't calm enough. I was concerned about the risks of anesthesia and how costly it would be. I felt defeated and felt like I had to fork over the cost so that my dog could get proper teeth cleaning. However, a friend referred me to pawsible and they offer deep teeth cleaning without anesthesia. Kolton took care of my dog, Nico. He explained the process and procedure and I although I was nervous for my baby, I felt confident that Nico would be taken care of. Kolton is such a professional and understands dog behavior very well that he didn't even flinch or bat an eye when Nico barked at him. He just explained that it's normal because the dog was just being protective of the owner. Nico had his teeth cleaned in about an hour and I got an update through text with pictures when he was ready to be picked up. They even bathed and clipped his nails afterwards! Nico's teeth could not be better. I feel like after his visit, his health has improved so much. He is eating everyday ( I've had issues with him eating his food), his coat is incredibly shiny, and his mood is so much better. The manager and staff and lovely, however, when I brought my dog there recently, they forgot to add the note to give him his medication, so he didn't receive it during his stay. Thankfully it was short but still. I discovered this when I opened his new bottle and the foil was still sealed on top. Also, the website suuuuuuuccckkkksssss. I only booked for 1 night at the time of booking and then I got messages about his stay being different than what I booked, also, I didn't add bathing but their system reflected I did. I'm glad they contacted me to verify. I do like them overall and will probably return. The kinks need to be figured out though. read more

I found this groomer on Google after recently adopting a dog from the shelter. Since she had just been spayed, I couldn't bath her for about 9 days and she definitely needed some TLC! The team here was amazing from the moment I walked in. Everyone was super friendly, and I loved seeing a bunch of happy dogs playing around it gave me confidence that this is a place that truly cares about animals. I booked a full grooming package, and they did an incredible job. They bathed her, brushed her teeth, clipped her nails, and gave her a nice haircut. She looked adorable before, but now she looks even more beautiful and feels so much better! Had my 2 dogs boarded here for 4 days and they were so accommodating because I needed them boarded immediately as I had an emergency flight in a few hours. They had me come and do a temperament test for the girls before accepting them. Only knocking one star because i feel they could be more organized but I totally understand that they are a new establishment. I was told that it would be $72/night for boarding, which is a little expensive compared to the average $60 at other places, and that I needed to pay upfront. I was charged around $500 before leaving (they gave me a 2nd dog discount!). After I paid they then asked if I wanted day care for them, to which I said yes but wasn't aware that it would be $45 a day. I was able to watch my girls on their instagram stories fairly often and I saw how much fun they had so it ended up being worth it! I really like how they do different activities with the dogs everyday. I also love how their play area is entirely transparent. Upon picking up my girls there was a slight mix up as they didn't have record that I paid already. It took some time as the front desk employee had to wait to communicate with the manager and I was waiting for some time for them to come to a conclusion. I was able to show a credit card charge and I was waiting for them to let me know if there was a discount on a bath for one of my dogs as they told me that they offered a discount on grooming if we did boarding. I never got the discount because they couldn't reach the manager so I ended up just paying full price and leaving after waiting a while. TLDR: my dogs had a wonderful time here, the staff are friendly, and I love how transparent they are with their activities and instagram stories. I do feel as if they could be more organized with employees being on the same page about specials and I think they would benefit greatly from a POS system to keep track of payments or deposits. This is the first time we've ever left Crash and Neo with anyone, so we were super nervous to say the least. We literally almost cancelled our 5 day cruise because we kept visiting pet boarding establishments and we'd leave so uneasy. Crash and Neo had no issues with their bowel movements, they were both happy as can be.
