i highly recommend Suzanne and Pawsitive Vacation Pet Sitting. ! It is such a nice feeling going away on vacation and not having to stress about my dogs. Worrying if the dog sitter is there, wondering how much time they are spending with them, if they really are staying overnight. I have had many issues over the years and I finally found someone that is more over protective of my 3 dogs than I am!!! I love that their policy is not to leave the dogs more than 4 hours at a time! That's such a great feeling. They send pictures daily and they truly care about your dogs as if they were their own. I love how they make sure they are at your home within an hour or so after you leave and they make sure they stay until about an hour or so before your coming home. I can not thank them enough. My boyfriend is so happy we can travel comfortably now because all the past the dogsitters would stress me out , with Suzanne and Pawsitive Vacation Pet Sitting my vacations are stress free! And this was after the owner told her the dog was agitated. 2 weeks later the punctures my dog received resulted in emergency surgery amounting to $3076. I had to constantly get after the owners because they were evading me after a few weeks. My vet told me that after the initial visit from the attack it is always hard to tell how deep the injury is. So my dog was not okay so Lauren thought. She did not protect my dog! And at the beginning of the attack Lauren tells me she is staying out of it. She is friends with her neighbors; they are potential clients. Lauren never tells the truth. At first she told me she was 36; later it was 46. She is always going off her bipolar medication. Every year she ends up in the hospital one to two times in the psyche ward. She trolls the neighborhood to say "hi" to people with pets and they all find her mentally off. You be the judge.

My dog gave a deep bark and she didn't feel comfortable feeding her. I'm glad she said this. But do not advertise your self as a trainer if your scared of dogs and don't give the dog commands to help the dog be successful.

Even though we've been using her service for almost a year and a half, she will always text us before every trip to make sure nothing has changed. Kristine is truly a pet owner's dream - you don't need to worry your pets are being taken care of because you know they will be by Kristine and her employees! Her website is so easy to use and you can book months ahead of time, there's so many places to leave notes about house care (eg. You need plants watered) and specific animal care. We can hardly get his leash off, he's so eager to see friends. We love the live cameras in the yard and inside the hound lounge. It's so nice to be able to check on our fur baby and see what he is up to! One of the main reasons we love Always Unleashed is not only the live cameras, but they are "always unleashed!" They don't kennel the dogs. They all hang out together outside and inside. All the dogs seem calm because they don't have the pent up anxiety of being in a kennel outside of their home. They aren't barking all the time and agitated. They are hanging together as a group. The outside has a ton of misters and a large pool for the pups. They have lots of room to play. Our dog Booker has made friends with other dogs and it's so fun to see him playing and happy. He was boarded over his birthday this past year and they gave him special treats and extra attention. They sent us pictures and videos. They are currently under renovation, redoing the front office check-in space. It will be nice when it's all completed, but it's been nice they have stayed open during the renovation. This summer our flight was delayed flying home from Chicago and Shea was great letting us pick up Booker a little later. We didn't want to wait another day to see our baby! Another time we were stuck on the 17 in traffic because of an accident coming home from Flagstaff. They understand how important our fur baby is to us! Another time Booker got a hot spot on his paw and they were on the phone with me about it and how I wanted it treated. Then after he was home Shea followed up with me to see how he was doing. WRONG Fast forward to two weeks ago , when I called to bring in my very sick dog Tiva and I was informed that they wouldn't help us because of the outstanding $650 balance that I was told was a mistake and would get cleared up. This forced me to find a new veterinarian, and Having to wait to get her in and my dog passing away! Their lack of communication and compassion during such a difficult time is unacceptable. I would not recommend Pima North Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a caring and reliable veterinary service. They are very money hungry and lack any care or compassion!

When someone is so good and loving at their job the words can be hard to come by because then it becomes a feeling. So writing this review is a privilege because I have been lucky enough to find Pawsitive Vacation Pet Sitting and Suzanne. As a weird dog lady, Bruin is always with me. If he's not with me, he's with family so when I started to travel more leaving him behind I always felt guilty and when I would pick him up from boarding he wasn't like the Bruin I know. Then Suzanne came into the picture. From the first day she came over to meet Bruin and do a walk of the house there was a feeling unlike anything. She embraced Bruin like he was her own dog. Every trip I go on I know that Bruin is going to be nothing but loved and taken care of. Knowing that his routine stays the same, the pictures you get every day, the text message updates and the fact that she is always available is amazing. On one trip the power went in the house and I was unavailable. The situation was handled perfectly, Bruin's comfort and safety was her top priority and she continued to contact me even if I wasn't responding to her. When I finally got to my phone I never felt worried or unsure of what was happening I knew she was incomplete control. My favorite thing about Suzanne and Pawsitive Vacation Pet Sitting is it feels more like family is in your home. The way she communicates her schedule and how it will impact your dog, the way the house is always clean when you come home, and she is always so friendly she truly is an angel. suzanne, the owner of pawsitive pet sitting deserves 5 stars! we had a 10 day east coast vaca planned.. i had interviewed & hired a very nice lady i found on care.com & thought all my bases were covered.. UNTIL she bailed on me w/ 3 days notice!! we are new to arizona and knew NO ONE who might help out on such short notice.. i found suzanne on yelp & contacted her about 9pm in a panic!! she responded immediately & we made an appt to meet the next day.. she showed up with the actual pet sitter who was going to stay and another helper.. they spent about an hr during that appt, meeting the dogs, taking notes, etc.. i felt extremely comfortable with her.. her energy is calm & loving but professional.. i panicked again the night before we left, worrying about everything since i didnt REALLY know her.. she texted me for an extended period of time, putting my fears to rest.. communication is one of her strong points.. needless to say, all went well while we were gone.. she even came over & w/ the sitter who was staying gave my lab a bath! (which is no small feat!) i only have good things to say about suzanne.. shes trustworthy and reliable and very serious about the safety and care of my animals which are the ONLY things that truely matter to me... she truely deserves my 5 star rating! read more

Five stars is not enough for Suzanne and the ladies she has working with her. They are the best. I found Suzanne because of a Petsitter I had hired canceled last minute. I was scrambling looking for a new sitter knowing it might be difficult as I have two dogs and two cats and it was around the Christmas holidays Suzanne called me back right away and told me those dates work for her she came over and immediately all my animals fell in love with her. And while she was there every day I received the most beautiful professional photographs of the animals. I can tell you it was one of the first vacation I ever took that I didn't constantly worry of the animals at home. We have now moved out of state and I still keep in contact with her. She is simply the best that if we go out of town I told my husband we will pay for her plane ticket for her to come here to watch the animals!!! Suzanne is amazing and we highly recommend her services. We immediately felt comfort in knowing she would care for our home, but most importantly our beloved Pet, just as we do. She is very professional and one of the sweetest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. What we appreciate the most are the daily pictures and check in's, seeing how much fun they are having really takes away the stress which comes when we leave our special friend behind. Absolutely the best! Being huge dog lovers, my husband and I have gone through a few sitters over the years and never have been over the top pleased...until we met Suzanne. Not only does she have a love of animals she goes above beyond. She takes care of not only our pets but makes sure everything in our home is taken care of as well. She makes it a point to have constant play time and when the weather permits she takes them out for walks. We think our pups are a bit upset when we get home as they love their time with Suzanne! She has very stringent rules for herself and her associates that insure the bets care and protection for all the four legged members of your family. Pawsitive Vacation Pet Sitting is by far the best pet sitting service I have ever used. The first time I used them I had a brand new puppy and not only did they put me at ease as I left my fur baby at home but my puppy was loved and well cared for. They sent me tons of pictures every day, detailed out his walks and I came home to a very happy puppy.
