My family is leaving for vacation tomorrow and today I received a phone call from Fetch demanding I…read morepay more money as they have eliminated the 15 minute service. This after I have already confirmed the order earlier in the month and met with our sitter in person. I asked if they would do this on our next visit - which I totally understood - but no they said I would either upgrade now or the service would be cancelled. I have been a loyal and happy customer of Fetch's for the last 5 years. That ended today. Shame on you Fetch.

This company is absolutely horrible. I will have to get my locks changed! PLEASE READ!…read more First of all the sitter arrived early for the previsit and I was working from home. She rang the doorbell multiple times while I was on a client call - I had explained in the email that I was not available till after 5 PM. After walking at the sitter through my home and explaining how to take care of my cats, I provided her my passcode to the garage and the passcode to my security system and she accepted a key to my home. The sitter accepted a gift from me upon leaving and stated she would be the permanent sitter to care for my pets if I were to use the service again. She said she would "be sure to give them love." The next day I get an email from the owner stating that the sitter felt "uncomfortable" with watching my pets and not only was she refusing service but the company would not be finding a replacement. I was not given any specifics. I live in downtown Carmel in a good area, by myself. Nothing about my home or neighborhood is threatening. This email came after the sitter accepted a gift and asked me for all my home passcodes. I feel like I'm being discriminated against by this company and or they've taken my information and then some thing with it! Either way I'm THE ONE now feeling extremely uncomfortable and uneasy with the experience of Fetch Pet Care! Also to note, I used the service in 2019 and the sitter gave one of my cats the WRONG food to a cat with a Heath condition. I chose to overlook this and continue with booking services but obviously that should've been my initial red flag to look elsewhere. Before writing this review the owner did not return my emails or calls with my concerns. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for discriminatory treatment. I've asked for the gift and my key back. In the initial email owner states Phyllis stated that my key is in the mail?! In no way should my home key be in the mail! This means it's open to being tampered with now I feel like I have to change my locks! STEER CLEAR of this company - they're incredibly unsafe, unprofessionally ran, dishonest, will treat your key without safekeeping. Your home is your safe pace and they will disrespect and violated that! I also feel that I'm being discriminated against either for my race, gender, who knows!

Chris Supposedly Lost My Cat, and Then Lied About It…read more We went through Rover.com to have Chris watch our 8 year old Aussie Shepherd and 9-month old Bengal cat. I provided written and verbal instructions that specifically stated to NEVER bring the cat outside. Well, Chris claims he felt bad that the cat didn't get to have fresh air, so he stuck him in his carrier and left him unattended in his condo complex's shared yard. Some amount of time later (he's not sure how long), he noticed the carrier door was open and the cat gone. He didn't call us to tell us this, didn't post fliers, didn't call Rover, the shelters, or local vets to report our cat missing. In fact, he wouldn't return my texts or calls when I was trying to arrange pick-up! When I did finally get ahold of him (the day we came home from our trip and supposedly 1 day after our cat escaped), he told me our cat was staying at his friend's house. It wasn't until we went to pick up our pets that he admitted to loosing him. To make matters worse, Chris has done little to help us look for our baby. He's now refusing to talk to both of us and is flat-out ignoring us. In fact, when he drove past us last night while we were on foot searching, he didn't even pull into his driveway; just pretended he didn't know us, and left the complex again, right after pulling in! His story makes no sense- for example, why would you bring a cat in a carrier outside and leave it unattended? Our poor cat must have been freaking out. And why was there so much left over food if our cat was lost the day before we picked him up? We suspect that either the cat was lost days before when we are led to believe, was sold, or was injured. because Chris refuses to help us, the search is that much harder. The police are now involved due to the suspicious circumstances, and we'll be calling a lawyer to at least get the money back we've spent so far on recovery. I sincerely hope we find our precious kitty- he means the world to us. But if we don't, we'll sue for that, too. Bottom line: Chris is a lying, careless snake that should NEVER be trusted with your pet. Stay away from him and avoid the pain, anguish, fear, and costs my family is facing because of his careless and deceitful ways. Please keep us in your thoughts and hope we find our baby soon.

I've only used Indy Dog Walkers once so I don't know if I can go and give 5 stars immediately, but…read morewhat I can say is that I am a fan, and they did a great job. I recently moved into a a new place where the previous tenant obviously did not clean up after their dog, and the landlord was oblivious to this fact. There was dog waste everywhere in the backyard, and some were so old that there was mold and fungus growing on them. The buildup was pretty bad that most of the yard had been killed. I emailed Indy Dog Walkers inquiring about their services, and Erin got back to me immediately, so quickly that she and her associate came over that night to assess the yard. They quoted me a reasonable price, which was on par with what other services were naming for their one-time fee. Indy Dog Walkers, is actually cheaper than other places for initial clean-up. I was able to set an appointment with Erin immediately for the next day between 7:30 - 8:00am. Her and her associate came over, and I saw them raking and shoveling the lawn starting from the farthest corner and just going in a systematic row-by-row fashion for over an hour. After they were finished, they came to the front door to ask me to check the backyard to make sure it was to my liking. The experience was enjoyable and Erin and her associate were very nice. They also gave very helpful advice on how to remediate the lawn, especially with the mold and other gross parasites that might be there, and gave me a list of good deals that they've also come across for getting grass seeds. Thanks guys! If I do ever need you again, I will be contacting you.
