She has made things extremely convenient and also eased any concerns I had about leaving my new dog, who is still getting adjusted to his new home life. I recently left Oscar on an overnight and I received updates on how he was doing so it totally put me at ease with how he would handle being in a new house with another dog. We tried rover and those other apps and couldn't seem to find the right fit; someone who actually took our pup on the full 15 minute walk and cared about her well being. Then we found Erica and could not be more grateful for her! Literally couldn't ask for anything more - she sends us photo updates (that make my day) and even taught our puppy Mia some tricks during their time together! She also suggested a new harness that has helped train our pup how to walk without pulling and is always super accommodating if I ever forget to request a walk or need to cancel last minute. Erica and Pawty Time Philly, or PTP as I like to call are amazing! I've been using her services since January 2018 and it has been super smooth and easy. You just need to access the Pawty Time Philly portal and submit your schedule and voila, they make it happen. I might not always return the txt messages right away, but I love the pictures she sends of my dog from the visits. We contacted Erica in January shortly after adopting our second dog. Our new dog was new to city life and was extremely reactive to cars, people walking by, bikes, dogs, you name it. Erica has been walking our dog Daisy since we got her 10 months ago. Erica is very reliable, easy to work with and she takes care of our pup like she's her own. Everyday she writes us a note updating us on what Daisy did that day, which is fun to come home to. She also helps reinforce the training we are working with Daisy on, such as not pulling on her leash and not jumping up on people.
