At the same time, after the staff had informed me that they had the correct item in the store, he simply told me that they DID NOT HAVE IT. Just to be mean. I had to go to another nearby Autozone in Hialeah (1237 W 68th St, Hialeah, FL 33014), where I was treated with professionalism, kindness and decency, even though my first question when I entered the store was about the return policy. I was not told that there is a difference between high beam and low beam bulbs and that I should know which one I need before purchasing because I would not be able to return it.
