At the same time, after the staff had informed me that they had the correct item in the store, he simply told me that they DID NOT HAVE IT. Just to be mean. I had to go to another nearby Autozone in Hialeah (1237 W 68th St, Hialeah, FL 33014), where I was treated with professionalism, kindness and decency, even though my first question when I entered the store was about the return policy. I don't understand how Autozone can afford to allow Mr. Jacinto Santiago to mistreat customers in this way. I purchased a headlight that was recommended by an employee but it was not the right fit. I was not told that there is a difference between high beam and low beam bulbs and that I should know which one I need before purchasing because I would not be able to return it. Management either does not properly train their employees or they engage in dirty, underhanded tactics meant to improve their bottom line. I would recommend shopping elsewhere for your auto part needs. There is an AutoZone in the same strip mall. Go there instead.
