So thankful for the young gentleman working here who helped me apply the freon for my AC. I had no…read moreclue how to do it and he did it in the midst of the heat in the afternoon and he was sweating. I am truly inspired for selfless people who are kind and willing to help anyone in need. He deserves a raise because he works selflessly and went far and beyond his job duties. I'll definitely get my auto supplies from here because of the positive experience I had working with him.

There was only one person at the register that day--August 22, 2026, at 4 PM--and he was the only…read moreone supposedly authorized to resolve issues. I arrived with my battery, greeted him politely, and asked him to check the warranty. Without a second thought, he told me he needed to see a purchase receipt. I told him I didn't have one, and he literally said there was nothing left to discuss. Naturally, as a customer, I suggested he could look up my purchase history using my cell phone number--but instead, he shouted at me, threatened to record me, and told me I couldn't tell him how to do his job. It was a truly unpleasant experience; a person who is supposed to be there to help you makes you feel like you don't matter as a customer. Long story short... I left the battery on the counter and told him I'd buy it at another store. What terrible manners--he claimed to be the manager and acted like he could do whatever he wanted. I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT STORE, NOT EVEN FOR A PENNY NUT.

I had my 2025 Honda HR-V Sport and my 2024 Honda Civic Sport serviced at this dealership for the…read morefirst time because it was the closest Honda dealership to where I live. I was expecting the dealership to do a good service since they carry both the Autonation and Honda name. I didnt notice anything wrong with the service that they performed on my vehicles the day of the service, they reset the service required message on the dashboard, they suggested the required services, and the service advisor even gave me a discount on the additional recommended services for my Honda HR-V and found that I still had a free service for the Honda Civic. I did find it strange though that when the services were done the service advisor gave me the service forms for the Honda HR-V that I paid for but didnt give me any service forms for the Honda Civic (which was free), when I asked him about the forms for the Honda Civic he said that they would be sent to my email (they were never sent to my email). Two weeks later my mom was driving around in the Honda Civic and the metal splash guard from the Honda Civic falls off while shes driving home from the bank and she has the scare of her life when it starts to make a rattling sound scraping the road along the drive home. It looks like whoever performed the service on the two vehicles never properly tightened the bolts back on the splash guard after they performed the oil change on the Honda Civic and part of the splash guard came loose while driving. I tried to call the dealership to ask them what we could do about the situation but the phone number for the dealership just goes to an automated system with different menu options and when you choose the menu option to speak to a service advisor the phone rings a few times and then just takes you in circles back to the main menu when nobody picks up the phone. I am very disappointed with Autonation Honda.

The service was quick and efficient, and everything was explained clearly. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs a new car battery. We just got home from summer vacation and my car was KAPUT!!! The battery was dead and we couldn't…read moreeven unlock the car with the remote, we had to use the key to actually open the driver side door. Luckily, our car insurance company covers a battery jump which allowed us to bring the car to the AutoZone in Pembroke Pines. They couldn't come out to jump the car until late around 7:30pm. My husband and I had driven separately and I met up with him at the Pembroke AutoZone as I was out running errands. Unfortunately, the time was 7:45pm and AutoZone closed at 8pm. Seems most of the auto parts stores close early on Sundays including O'Reilly's and other locations we would have probably used. The guy helping us at Pembroke let us know there is an AutoZone located in Hialeah that is open until 10pm. We called to verify and ask if they could change the battery considering they stopped that service at a certain time. The gentleman we spoke to at the Hialeah location had a very heavy accent, but he said if we could get the car there by 8:30pm they could accommodate. Luckily for us, it would take us exactly 30 minutes to get there so we would make it there just in time. We arrived at the Hialeah AutoZone at 8:30pm and it looked busy. My husband went inside to get someone to help us while I sat with the car still on. We didn't want to turn off the car, just in case of whatever. Turns out they said they would not be able to help us and we had to reiterate that we spoke with someone at this location and they said they would be able to help us if we arrived by 8:30pm, which we did. My husband was ready to learn how to install this battery himself at this point. We were desperate and came all this way. It was a frustrating situation. I also told my husband to emphasize that we just drove 30 minutes to get here with two cars! We didn't have a name of the person we spoke with but we let them know he had a heavy accent, husband thought maybe it was Omar? Eventually, they caved and said they could help but we had to wait. Fast forward 1 hour of waiting patiently and they finally came out at 9:30pm with the new battery. David P. was the young gentleman that helped us put the battery in. I'm sure he didn't want to do this but we continually thanked him for helping us out and let him know we had called previously and they said they would be able to accommodate. David was very nice for helping us and we tipped him $20 for going out of his way to do this for us. Not how we wanted to spend our first day home but what can you do. Ha. Glad it was handled. THANK YOU DAVID P!!!
