I contacted MAK Performance for a clutch kit replacement on my 2008 SHELBY GT500 and Adrian along with Willy worked with me, they provided multiple options and explained pretty well what was the best choice for my mustang model. I decided after the fact that there were a few options to go with a McLeod RXT up to 1000HP full clutch kit replacement and also replaced the short shifter for the one the recommended. So, technically I went twice to them for both labors and parts. Then, I had to take my car in today because my exhaust was making a noise, I contacted them prior to show up and they told me to pass by and they immediately jumped on my car and fixed the issue for me "at no charge" even though it was nothing related to the previous repairs I did.Jose and Yandiel were the two techs that worked on my car replacing the clutch kit and short shifter a bit over a month and let me tell you folks these guys at MAK Performance know what they do. I had an awesome experience with MAK Performance Group. They installed a ProCharger, long tube headers, and an oil catch can on my 2023 Ford F-150, and the truck feels like a completely different animal now. They even fixed my suspension, which was inferiorly done by a prior shop. From the beginning, everything was super smooth. Willy, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable but also really easy to talk to. He took the time to explain what was being done and made sure I understood the setup, which I really appreciated. You can tell he actually cares about the work and about his customers, not just getting the job done. The install itself was super clean and professional. Nothing felt rushed, and they clearly know what they're doing when it comes to performance builds. Communication was great the whole time, and they treated my truck with a lot of respect.
