The dentist I went to told me I had one condition and wanted to charge me $800. When I went to Dr. Ardila he told me all I needed was a cleaning and that cost me only $35. Since this, he's been my go to dentist and I always recommend him to others. There hasn't been a time where I haven't felt welcomed in the office. The ladies in the front are very welcoming and I love that if I'm at work and I can't take the call I can always text the work number. The dentist hygienist always make sure I am comfortable.

So unprofessional and inconsiderate to patients. First and last time that I visit this clinic. In top of that, if you have Delta Dental, they will charge you out of pocket for "cancer screaming" which is the doctor touching your tongue "looking for a tumor". I'd recommend specifically telling them not to do that because they'll charge you after the fact without asking you first if you're ok. I really can't imagine a worst clinic. Stay away.

When I disputed the charge, I was repeatedly told that the matter would be reviewed and that I would receive a callback. Despite multiple phone calls over several months and messages sent through social media, I never received a final decision or response. The most disappointing part of this experience was the lack of communication and follow-through. Patients deserve clear answers and timely responses, especially when treatment and financial obligations are involved.
