She was very careful to minimize any initial pain with those first injections. I give her an A grade for that. I would definitely recommend her for anyone needing a root canal.

It doesn't matter if I'm there for a cleaning, X-rays, or fillings I have waited long periods of time. Also, just because you get called in doesn't mean that the dentist will see you immediately, be prepared to sit in the dentist chair and wait for a long time again. Every time I've been, nobody speaks English except for 1 young lady in the front. (Thank god I speak Spanish.) Even the lady who answers the phone there answers in Spanish as well as when she calls to confirm or cancel your appointment, that message is in Spanish as well. It's a shame that the customer service here sucks, because the 2 dentists I have seen (1 guy and 1 lady) actually are very nice and have done a good job with my fillings. If you are not in a rush and don't mind waiting a long time and speak Spanish, then this is your place. If not...go somewhere else. It is a hassle to do anything here.
