He repeatedly told me he had worked very hard to get me approved, making me feel obligated to go through with the loan despite my reservations. Throughout the loan, I remained in communication with the company regarding my payments. Despite that, they repossessed my vehicle. Since the repossession, they have been uncooperative and evasive about allowing me to retrieve my personal belongings from the car, which has only added to my frustration.
