A greeting with a smile. He asked me what brought me in. I told him I wanted to check into a small personal loan. He proceeded to rattle off a ridiculous amount of documents I would need. I told him t him that was too much. I walked out very dismayed. This brief experience was not good at all. Would I recommend? Definitely not. You are much better off getting a cash advance app than dealing with these clowns. I would never even consider going there again.

So I went to Check City because they have always been able to. As soon as I got there, the lady Odessy was super rude. She grabbed my check and said, "oh, IT'S SIGNED," with attitude and looking at me like I was retarded. I explained the situation and asked if they could still cash it, and she acted like I was lying and even asked me if I had a receipt from Smith's to prove it. Mind you, I've been cashing with this company for over a year, they have my picture, my account, everything. She still made it seem like it wasn't me, asked for my phone number, which the other location don't do because it's already in the system with my PICTURE, and finally for my ID and kept asking for the manager because she couldn't do her job I suppose, whispering and hiding in the back with her. The whole thing took forever. Then she asked me " are you a bad night" after giving me nothing but attitude and her stink look, slid me the money without a thank you, and didn't even say bye. Other Check City locations are way faster and treat you with kindness and respect, this one just made me feel like I owe her something.
