At the end of August I made a trip to NAPA, CA. I ran over a nail on a Saturday and didn't want to deal with it at the time since we were out with some friends. I left my car parked in the parking lot of my hotel. Then came Sunday and boy my front wheel tire was a bust. It was completed flat and unable to drive, although my dealer stated they were run flat tires up to 50 miles and my car did not come with a spare tire :( uggh I know. (I got rid of this car..) but I am very grateful that this tire shop was opened on a Sunday and until 5pm I believe. THEY SAVED THE DAY! I waited 2 1/2 hours for a tow to drive us from Napa to Fairfield (about 20 min drive) and they literally fixed my tire in 5 minutes. I couldn't be more happy! Thank you guys! read more

I had them replace my pads and rotors but one of the pads was installed incorrectly causing grinding sounds and uneven wear of the rotor. They also ripped the boot cover for my rear caliper and now that will have to be replaced as well. I was told the quality of my rotors and pads weren't good and it turned out to be the installation. read more

I had just gone to get an oil change and was told that I had a nail in one of my tires, so my dad suggested that I come here to get the tire fixed. The employees were very friendly and quickly took care of my tire! There were two other vehicles being worked on, but they got my tire off and fixed it within 10 minutes of my arrival. I am very thankful that they were able to take care of it right away and the service was great! If anyone had tire problems I would definitely recommend to come here! read more

I went here for used tires on my 2016 Nissan Altima after my sister recommended this place as her "first stop whenever she needs tires". I see now why she always goes here first before anywhere else. I called to see if they had 3 used tires in my size (since I had purchased a new tire at a different shop after mine blew up on the freeway for $100). The guy working who's name I wish I could remember said they only had 2 but he could order the other and have it there by the next day, which happened to be when I planned on stopping by anyways. So that was perfect. Long story short I showed up when they opened at 9 AM and was out by 9:25 AM with three new to me tires and a safe sense of security in my vehicle again. All for under $100, I believe it was $90 even for three tires that are practically brand new! That's less than I paid for ONE at the other shop. Not to mention my car had been hit by a landscaping truck that dropped things on the freeway and the sweetheart working even gave me a few recommendations of where to go to have it fixed. This shop is affordable, professional and so so helpful. Look no further and go get some new tires! read more

This location has helped me with minor tire issues 3 times. The most recent was after I tried to go to Costco tire center but they were too busy. I remembered this location so I stopped by. I have been coming here since I got my first car at 18, money was tight and what not as a kid. Now I'm 30 and I can afford to go to any other shop but I choose to go out of my way to get my tires, breaks alignments etc done there. They won't cheat you and if something went wrong it's an honest mistake and will handle it for you. These guys are great. They took care of me and have been taking care of me for over 12 years. I had purchased many tires set from this business for all my four vehicles. Recently noted having issue with losing air overnight in one my tires. Took it back to have it inspected to see what might be the problem but was refused. The same person at the desk had a 360 degrees turn in attitude that was never displayed before during all my tires purchase. He demanded a receipt? What? "I had just purchased these tires not even a month ago and you know we been coming here my receipt in my filing cabinet at home. I said you know we been coming here for many years and we only buy tires from you and this is the first time we have an issue." I suggested to look for it in their record and he said they do not keep track of them. Not a way to run a business. He only pretend nice just to sell you a tires. I deeply regretted over the years doing business with this place. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. One of my vehicle shakes violenty during braking because the front rotors are severely warped. They do not toque them to manufacturers specification. When I insisted for them to use torque wrench they consulted each other because they do not even know how to use it. read more

I buy my tires from Tire Rack from my Mercedes s550. I took a set of tires to be mounted like I have done in the past without any issues. This time my TPMS valve stems covers were not put back on my car. They were replaced them with ugly green plastic ones that I didnt notice until I had left the business. I called the manager the next day and thought because he and I had done business in the past several times before he would take responsibility and replace my valve stems. I was wrong in fact after I asked him about it - he started to act like I was trying to scam him or something. I decided I would replace them myself and take my $60 - $80 dollars to someone else next time. read more

I have got all my tires previously and they were the cheapest with GOOD quality .. and today I needed my brakes and rotors replaced and I called all around town and was quoted 350-500 ... so I just happen to think of my favorite tire plane and called them and asked if they replaced brakes .. they says YES! I recommend not coming here for an alignment, I originally came to get it aligned because my car kept leading towards the right and after leaving it started leaning to the left.When I came back to complain he told me their was a bubble in my tire.I was pissed for the fact he let me drive with a messed up tire n only told me after the fact and tried to sell me a new tire, so I asked to either get my money back or or get it aligned right and he didn't want to do either.He wanted me to purchase a new tire which I felt this guy was unbelievable.So after getting cussed at and got the cops called on I was able to get my money back.I then left and got tire checked somewhere else where I was told their wasn't anything wrong w it.Highly recommend you going elsewhere. read more
