After my hike at Lagoon valley park, I called this America's tire location to see if I can do a walk in for a tire rotation. It was a long shot, but since it was a Wednesday around 2 pm, I was hoping it would work in my favor (spoiler: it did). I forgot the name of the person who answered the phone when I called, but he was really nice and helpful. He told me they can do a walk in since they are not busy, so I was there about 20 minutes after the call. When I checked in, I was greeted quickly and was quoted a wait time of about 1 hour 30 min. I was fine with this knowing I did not have an appointment. The person who helped me in person was also really nice. I'm sorry I forgot everyone's names. But all the workers I saw were nice and provided great service to customers who were there and those who walked in. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes for my tire rotation, which was a lot quicker than quoted. In total, I think I was here for about 30-40 minutes only. Great quick service, considering my past with other America's tires back in Sacramento. read more

I wish I had read the one star reviews before I went into America tire. I had a tire a simple repair since I had picked up a screw. I went there to ask them to repair the tire and they said it may not be possible if it shredded inside and I said OK. An hour later they come back give me a song and dance and say we can't repair the tire. I was surprised because in the Napa store in the past I had no trouble having them repair a tire. So I said I'd like to see the inside of the tire to see if it really was shredded. So they bring me the tire it's not shredded at all had some smooth spots on the inside rim? I pointed at it and the guy told me I cannot repair that at that point I needed to get out of there I needed the donut off my car and so I did buy a new tire but I regret it because it was totally unnecessary. The only reason I bought the tire Was because I had been there for so long and I had to be at work soon. Rip off if You are a female do not go here! They gaslight and they rip you off. I had to get ONE tire sensor replaced. But after I got into my car,it said that a completely DIFFERENT censor needs to be replaced now. I told them RIGHT after I got in and one of the sales associate gave me the "we only cover OUR product.When one sensor goes bad,the others go bad eventually..."....but the other sensor just SOMEhow went bad AFTER they "serviced" my vehicle?...I'm SURE they tampered and reset my other sensor,JUST so I can fork cash for a SECOND replacement....and it only got worse when he said"if you wanna get another sensor,it's about 4-5 cars AHEAD of you...".are you f'n kidding me!?you tampered with my other sensor and want me to wait ANOTHER hour for it to be replaced!?F**k no! Waited for them to get started on the car tires about 45 minutes but then they were really quick with putting the new tires on. When my neighborhood was hit by a loser with a pocket knife a few years ago, 3 of my vehicles needed new tires. A bunch of us all went to America's Tire and they had us all in our vehicles with new tires that day! They understood how stressful the situation was and treated us all with kindness. They even gave us a deal on the tires! Over the years I've been able to pull up for quick tire repairs at no charge, NO CHARGE WHAT?! This week I was losing air in one of my tires a found a nail in the side wall. Knowing this wouldn't be a quick repair, I made an appointment for replacement. Checked in, they looked over the issue and told me they have the newer version of the same tire I have and I wouldn't have to worry about having an odd ball mismatched tire. I was pleasantly surprised to also hear they were going to give me a discount on the tire which was an overall savings of almost $100! I was relieved that I didn't go with the Costco quote that was hundreds of dollars more than what I spent today. Grabbed some lunch at the neighboring sushi restaurant and was back in my car in less than an hour! I am beyond grateful for the fast, efficient, friendly service I've received here and will be a loyal customer for years to come. read more

I came in for an alignment & a rotation I want to say was what I booked and when I got there David the store manager, I believe, was super helpful he was very kind he showed me that I need a new tires but he really was very gracious about it and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. He was able to help me find tires in my price range and even checked my spare tire and found that it was deflated and he had them put air in it which was I felt like such a considerate act to take. I had an appointment at 10:45 and by 11:08 I was picking up my vehicle. They re a really good business to deal with. I have been to 3 of their shops in Northern California and everyone of them have gone above and beyond in terms of customer service.
