I needed a flat fixed as I was on my spare tire in a 2022 van. Drove into lot a little before 5pm and the guys were quick to ask what we needed. We asked for a patch to our tire. They got the tire out of the trunk, patched it up, and put it on. They even put the spare back in the trunk for us. It was quick service, less than 15 minutes. We asked them questions about our current tires and they gave us honest answers. They weren't trying to sell us more service/tires nor were they trying to push us out cause it was end of the day. I am incredibly grateful for everyone there. I have a 1hr+ long commute and my front right tire blew on the freeway. I could've changed to my spare, but I already had my spare on my front left, so my hands were completely tied. I had 55 minutes left for my commute, and every tire shop, except this one, were closed. I thought they did a great job .They don't know how to align, the mechanic recommends me to replace my rear camber to an adjustable which is not necessary... it is good I got a second opinion from Honda dealer. We were starting our RV Van trip on a Sunday afternoon and noticed our rear tire was low. Filling the tire from our onboard compressor revealed it was a leaking valve stem. We called California Tires and Wheels as they were one of the few shops open on Sunday that were close by. Yasi quickly answered and told me to come right in. He met us as we drove in and explained there may be a short of a wait for an open bay (all bays/techs were busy on this Sunday afternoon), but we were next in line. 45 minutes later we were back on the road to continue our trip. Came here despite the mixed reviews because it was recommended to me by someone I trust at Momentum Toyota. I needed a repair due to a nail in the corner/side of one of my tires. Called in the morning to check if I needed an appointment and was told it's first come, first serve. When I got there, the guy (an employee, not Amar) said it was a tricky spot but that he would try his best to fix it. He was done in 5 minutes tops, patched up the tire and switched out my spare. $10 out the door. (Hopefully I won't have to any time soon but) I would definitely come here again! Horrible. I'd give them a 0 if possible. I had a tire I'd just aired up from 4psi, looked up tires and saw they were open until 6:30. I arrived just before 6. Doors were open. Two guys were outside moving tires into the garage. One asked if he could help. I told him I had a flat. He said we're closed. I said yelp says they're open until 6:30 and their sign says open. He shrugs don't know what to tell ya. The other guy asks the same and I said again I have a flat. He said they're closed and walked away. Are you kidding me? Not only did they not seem to give two shits as to whether I ended up stranded or drove away with a potential hazard, they obvious didn't care whether they sold a tire or at least fixed a flat and gained a future customer. I called the tire place back let them know on Monday and they denied it! But the scratches are lined up to what they use for alignment! Very sloppy work and I professional! I've been coming here for over 6 years now whenever I have a flat tire or a slow leak, I'm always well taken care of. They even inspect the other tires on my car for free, which I'm thankful for because once I came in with a low tire, and they discovered that one of my other tires, that I purchased from a tire shop in Vacaville, had a bubble in it! Which is obviously very dangerous, so I told them to go ahead and replace it. In the past, I have gotten some of my tires patched for $15 bucks. And I've purchased tires for around $35 and I've purchased a new full sets of tires here for around $400 and they lasted a long time with no problems at all. The customer service is always excellent and, they're very efficient, I'm in and out in maybe 30 minutes max (I've never waited longer). I definitely recommend this place if you have a flat or need new tire(s). read more

I'm never coming back here again! Went in on Saturday to get an alignment, and it wasn't even done right. My boyfriend called it in for me on Monday, and they told him I can come in the next day at 5 and they'll take care of it. I work all the way in Walnut Creek so I had to leave work hours early just to make it at 5pm. When I got there the manager said they're all backed up until 7pm and can't take me. After explaining to him that I was told I can come in at 5pm, and I had to leave work early just to get there he said he couldn't take me. I let him know how big of an inconvenience it was for me, and he said to come back another day and it's first come first serve. Although we were previously told I could come in at 5pm that day. He didn't offer anything at the time for my inconvenience, so I left upset. When I got to the bank I ended up calling back and asked for my refund since I didn't feel like I was taken care of. He said to bring my receipt and he'll give me my money back. When I came back he was on the phone, he took my receipt and gave me $40 in cash. I paid a total of $56, and I told him that. He said the refund was for the alignment and not the tire balance. Then he walked away with no apologies for inconveniencing me as a customer. I'm big on customer service because that's my background. This place sure didn't give that to me, and I do not recommend going here. Definitely not coming back! read more

This place is great if you like a dark, quiet, awkward uncomfortable showroom with a rude, zero personality owner who doesnt seem concerned in the slightest to earn your business. I went there with a friend to purchase $1600 worth of rims/tires for a C10 truck & possibly turn all my local hotrod building friends onto a good tire/wheel shop. We tried to ask about the proper wheel offset for the truck & if he had any recomendations. He didnt even know what kind of vehicle a C10 truck is. He was dull, had no information, was not willing to work with us at all, and I cant for the life of me figure out why my buddy gave this guy any business. I'm dumbfounded that this place is even open. I guess flat repairs and emergency tire service keeps this shop open, cause he surely doesnt have regular customers. I went to the this place today to pick up the wheels for my buddy & the guy wouldnt let me use my buddy's card to pay the remaining balance. I was there when they were ordered & half the balance was already paid with the same card. No he wouldnt let the owner of the card call and approve...i was just sh*t out of luck. Secondly, the rims are delivered with the front tires a different size than what was agreed on. "The wheel sales rep says they look better in that size" is what this guy said...who the f*ck is the salesman, and why isnt the tire we specified mounted on the rim!!?? Lug nuts were also included in this deal. We wound up with spare tire acorn steel lug nuts. These are chrome 20" wheels going on a show truck!!??
