I found the service here outstanding. I have visited this location twice. My first visit was for air. My tire pressure gauge went off and I drove it to Les Schwab. A gentleman in one of the stalls helped me. He told me where to park and he put air in my tires. He was super friendly and explained why my tire pressure gauge went off. I returned a second time to get tires on my car. A very nice woman helped my partner and I at the front desk. She helped us select tires and we were out of there in 30-ish minutes. The front lobby is very spacious and has ample seating. There are vending machines and bathrooms located behind the main desk area. I found all areas to be well stocked and clean. Had an unpleasant experience here. Service writer was passive aggressive and borderline rude. After spending a few moments complaining that she had to work a whole four days a week she casually got less than polite suggesting that my account only comes in for free flat repairs and I don't buy tires there, which is incorrect. I bought my last tire there after flat repair was unsuccessful as well as alignments. Again, they claimed they couldn't fix a leak. They should've been able to and wanted to sell me a new tire which would've been fine. Had they not suddenly increased the price $50-$60 from what they initially quoted me. I declined as their competitors are offering the same tire and the same service for significantly less. Wife went to pick up the car and she was rude and passive aggressive with her as well wanting to know why we declined to have them replace and then pretended not to be able to find our key. Would be happy to pay the standard $20 for flat repairs if that's what they charge however don't offer free flat repairs and then get shitty with people when they want to search elsewhere for tire replacement as though they owe you some kind of loyalty. Came to check my car for a 1pm appointment. Was told that I need rotors for almost 4 hundred. Told them to go-ahead and put them on. I left my car here and its almost closing time of 6pm and it's still not ready?? Really where did the parts come from? The moon? Horrible having to wait for 5 hours to put in new rotors??? Exceptional customer service. Recently cracks were found on the sides of my tires that were less than 4 years old and had less than 24,000 miles on them. They had been regularly maintained and rotated at the Les Schwab store in Fairfield where I bought them. I took the car to Les Schwab today as I had been informed by my mechanic that the tires were a safety issue and needed to be replaced. I showed them the photos the mechanic provided. They took the car in and reported back shortly thereafter that they would replace the tires under the warranty. I am impressed and relieved at the ease of getting the issue resolved. I had a pretty frustrating experience at the Fairfield Les Schwab on January 14, 2026. I called a week in advance, gave them all my car details, and made an appointment for a full alignment. After an hour and a half, they said it was ready. Initially, when I went in, they weren't transparent at all and were ready to charge me. When I checked the alignment report, the rear wasn't adjusted at all. Turns out, they didn't have the tool and never told me. The alignment tech admitted they barely did anything and hadn't even checked the front camber plates, which were easy to access. Only after I spoke to him did they look--and then they said I wouldn't have to pay. Still, it felt like they tried to charge me first without being upfront. Worse, my alignment is now pulling to the left harder than before. I left disappointed and would not recommend this shop. read more

I made an online appointment for a tire rotation and the charge showed $0.00 for the courtesy rotation when I booked the appointment. However, when the rotation was complete I was told by the customer service representative, Doreen, that the charge is $31.96 and that it was not a courtesy rotation because they could not confirm the tires were from Les Schwab. I let the customer service representative know that the online courtesy rotation was why I booked the appointment. She gladly gave me the receipt with the charge which I had to pay, but gave me no information about my tire tread depth or condition. I had to call back and get the information from the mechanic who performed the rotation. The charge was obviously not warranted and was the only concern for the representative at Les Schwab. I can say, I've been doing business with the Fairfield Les Schwabs for over 25yrs. I have never had an issue with their tires or their service. I've put two sets of tires on my GMC SUV, a set of HD 19.5 tires on my commercial Rig and three sets of tires on 2ea. Priuses. I never go for their budget tires and always go with their top of the line tires. Today, I had a flat a couple of miles from home and decided to run-it..! well I destroyed the tire as expected and as of my last visit to Les Schwabs, they told me I was due for tires soon. At 2pm I called and had the pleasure of speaking to Ashley Goble. She answered politely and said although she didn't have those tires in stock, she could have them in the morning. Ashley then call me back 15 minutes later and informed me they will have them soon if I could get the car there. A quick call to AAA and the car was there by 3pm. I elected to replace all of the TPS monitors and Ashley called me at 5:13pm saying the car was done. WOW.. What a great place to come for service I was greeted by all their friendly staff and the Repairs were done quickly, Les Schwab is known for their trustworthiness and excellent service today was no exception to that. Their commitment to excellent customer service is top-tier and their management should be proud of them all. I would trust any of my family members to come in alone for service. I lived in Sacramento for quite some time, and there was a Les Schwab right around the corner from my home that I would go to. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. I moved to FF and was expecting the same quality of service from this location, but they failed to deliver. I'm going through a divorce so money is tight, I explained this to the sales associate who helped me. Additionally I told him I wanted some tires that I could use all year long and would do well in the snow. He suggested a cheaper tire than the Michelin's that were on there and recommended I splice them. Having a Tesla Performance I was a bit concerned about how the tires would handle the torque after being spliced. I was told not to worry about it because I had 3 months to return the tires. After about a week or 2 I noticed chunks being broken off of the tires. The Manager encouraged me to keep the tires on and see how they held up as a test. I told him okay but I was going to turn the tires back in because they weren't going to hold up. After another week I called the Les Schwab in Vacaville and told them the situation. It was at this point I was informed I did not have 3 months to return my tires but a matter of weeks. Upon learning I was almost out of time to return the tires, I asked Vacaville if I could bring them back there because of the Fairfield branches dishonesty. The woman told me I had to return the tires to the Fairfield store. I go back the next day to the Fairfield shop and tell them I wanted to return the tires. The Fairfield shops manager disgruntled tells me I can return the tires but the only tires they can put on my car are some Michelin's that are $3,600 for the set. The store obviously doesn't have my old tires to put back on, and they are telling me these are the only tires they have for me. Not feeling like I can't go anywhere else because they have my car, time it ticking on the return, and I they are telling me these are the same tires I had before but are costing $1,600 more than the ones on there. Took the $3,600 set I couldn't afford because of the divorce. Fast forward a year. This week the two rear tires of that $3,600 pair are bald, and need to be replaced. So I call American Tire in Vacaville. I tell them what tires I have on there and it turns out Les Schwab sold me higher price performance tires only good for 30,000 miles and not the tires that were on there before. Additionally my tires are staggered, meaning my rear rims are wider than my front rims. Well it turns out on one side of my car they put the wider rear rim in the front with the skinnier front tire and the fatter tire on the skinnier rim and put that one on the back. So if you are in the market for incompetence, being misled, overcharged, and lied to I would head on over to Les Schwab, Fairfield. As for myself, I'll be at American Tires in Vacaville. read more

Came in with an emergency flat tire after I tried to fix with "fix a flat" off highway 80, pulled into the dealerships, non could help, no techs available referred me to this Les Schwab location. Ashley Goble and her team (don't have the name of the two techs who worked on my car) worked to fix my tire, clean out all the fix a flat gunk, and get me on my way home. Ok so today I was on the way to sell my blue WRX in Sunnyvale, I had swapped out my expensive lug nuts for the stock ones. On my way down I noticed a small noise. It got worse, and then my wheel started to wiggle. The lugs came loose as I was on the freeway. I was freaking out on the way to trade my car in. I found this Les Schwab, which I had purchased tires from a different Les Schwab but they took care of me very quickly the young kids name was Romeo. Our experience with Les Schwab was not good. We took our 2022 f350 truck in for a wheel alignment. They warned us before even looking at it that they might need to do some other work before doing the wheel alignment. They took the truck in and came back in just 2 minutes and said that it did need new tie rods and some other things at a cost of over $600.00. We were a little skeptical, but brought it back to have the work done as they had to order parts. When we brought it back at our appointment time we told them we were going to wait. They said oh well it probably wouldn't be done until 6. Our appointment was at noon. We said fine but we wanted to see the part that they said had play before they worked on it. They said yes that would be fine. When they moved the truck to the bay we asked again if we would be shown why we needed the extra work done and they said yes it was in the order. We asked a third time when we saw the truck was brought down and they said yes they will show you. The next thing we know , 3 hours later, they bring the truck up already done. They never showed us the part before it was done. They already completed the work, so we were going to pay even though we were skeptical about whether or not it was even needed. We had been told before the work was done that we would get a military discount. The discount wasn't on the invoice . When asked about it they said they had to get a different part because the one ordered was the wrong one and the new one was more expensive so they weren't going to give the discount. We were never informed about that before they put it in, even though we were sitting right there. After arguing with the assistant manager for quite a while, about getting the discount we were promised and pay the price we were told. They finally discounted it. We still don't think the work was needed. That is why they didn't show us the play in the part that they said needed to be replaced before they worked on it.They just wanted to pad the bill. While we were there there were two other customers that were told they needed more than they came in for. We will never use Les Schwab again and we would strongly recommend you don't either unless you want to be ripped off. read more

A tire valve was stolen from my travel trailer, a 30-footer. 8:00 am, I limped into Les Schwab with very little air in the tire. My family was waiting for me to get this repaired. The counter person said the job had to wait until later this afternoon or bring it back on Monday. All they had to do was to screw in a valve in the tire and add 80 pounds of air, and I would be on my way. I have been a customer for over 28 years. Took my rig to California Tire here in Fairfield. They were willing to make multiple quotes over the phone, and help me decide what I should purchase. We needed 4 tires ASAP. Made an online appt, and got a quote. When we arrived the guy who came out to greet us, offered us an upgrade in tires, which we gladly accepted, at no extra cost. We were impressed with the 4 guys who worked on our vehicle at once!! (We picked a quiet time!), and then we find out our alignment was included in the price. I went in for a rotation and safety check before a 9.5 hour drive. They did not do a visual alignment check. I didn't know that until I had to go into les schwab in Redmond Oregon. They did a safety check 2 days later and found my alignment failed. Why dosent les schwab in Fairfield CA do visual alignment checks?? I drove 11 hours to learn my alignment was off. That is unsatisfactory. Fairfield store has never matched up too most other locations. They appear to be slackers. Not cool.. I will no longer support the Fairfield location. read more

My husband and I came in Thursday afternoon because my low tire pressure indicator was on. They told me 2 of the sensors were faulty and needed replacing. I'm including the quote. They changed me to mount my car to replace the necessary parts. But here's what infuriates me. My husband also brings his car in because he was losing air in one tire. There was a screw stuck it turned out. They didn't charge him anything to patch his tire. They mounted his car, I saw his car lifted. The guy told him he wasn't going to be charged. I'm standing next to him. They finish his car then they bring my quote out. I'm charged roughly $22 to lift car up. I guess they figured let's charge her to lift her car because she's a woman but we'll comp her husband's repair! Don't bother coming to Les Schwab they're scam artists. read more

I could not believe the poor quality of service that we received at this Les Schwab location. This particular Les Schwab is located in Fairfield on North Texas street. We called ahead to see if we could take our vehicle in for a simple tire repair, and one of the staff members said "no problem, you can bring it in anytime today!" So we arrive at their facility, and was quoted a TOTAL different price than what was quoted on the phone prior to arriving. My wife noticed other charges on the invoice and the guy helping us seemed annoyed and disinterested about her concerns. Fast forward to us agreeing to having the repair work done after he finally explained the invoice, I went to see what was taking so long after waiting for over two hours. Our vehicle had not even began to be worked on and was still sitting in the same spot when we arrived. I asked one of the associates what is taking so long and how much longer do you think it will be. He went to check and came back with shocking news saying, "we have about (6) other cars ahead of yours so it will probably be about another (2) hours!" In shock, I asked "so why didn't.someone come and let us know, instead of just letting us sit there thinking it wouldn't take that long?" The associate said he thought the "first" associate explained that to us, and I said no, he did not. He seemed annoyed and now isn't anywhere to be found. Apparently he went on lunch, and did not engage in any updates on our vehicle before he left. Unbelievable!! So at this point, my wife and I did NOT want to sit there another two hours, so we canceled our slot for repairs, had them delete the invoice, and retrieved our vehicle and left. This whole ordeal caused us valuable time and turned into a very stressful experience. Please avoid seeking any service at this Les Schwab, as this location is a poor representation of the companies brand. Other locations, no complaints and good service. Our family has been patronizing this establishment for years not only due to the proximity to our home, but especially for the quality of their workmanship and Les Schwab guarantees. The peace-of-mind is invaluable and our most recent experience exceeded our expectations in every way. Chris was our technician. He was patient and professional with us in explaining our options after an unlucky pothole left us stuck. Initially, we thought we'd need to file an insurance claim (PITA) assuming the worst, but after speaking with Doreen, she suggested we bring it in for diagnosis. We had the vehicle towed in, and shortly thereafter, get a call from Chris who informs us the rim was bent. Not great but could be worse. (Can't forget to mention that the tires he sold us on the last visit withstood the impact!) He explained our options and we opted for a new set all around. Ordered the rims and they came super quick. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me, and I didn't appreciate it. I was advised it might be a few hours In less than an hour I was back on the road. While waiting their staff was so friendly and checking in on me to make sure I was comfortable and answered any questions. When my car was done and I was ready to settle up, there was no charge I won't forget the great customer service and friendly staff. Very poor service. I walked in for a flat tire repair at 8:30 am and was told that it should be done in 1-1.5 hours. It didn't get done until 1140. I was told I might need a wheel alignment too and that's perfectly fine. They were able to do the wheel alignment but not the flat tire. They are a great establishment. My family and I have been coming here for years. They keep the place clean and clutter free. They offer free popcorn and coffee which is adorable. They also have 2 vending machines. The service is helpful. The price is fair! The communication can be improved on. I left my car overnight and they told me they would have my car ready by 12pm the next day. I called the next day at 11:45am to check in and they told me to give them another hour. I did and my car was still not ready. I ended up having to miss another day of work. I had to Uber there and they still made me wait another hour.
