The women at the front desk are impossible to talk to. I just wanted to set an appointment for a drain field replacement estimate, and they wouldn't set a time beyond, "we'll give you a day and we'll call a half hour before we show up." When I explained that I have a job and can't just be sitting at home all day, they briefly offered an hour notification before arrival, until a second lady who was yelling and backstabbing me in the background throughout the conversation told the receptionist I should go somewhere else and told her to hang up on me. I don't know what's going on over there, but the front office needs some counseling or medication. I'd stay away until they get the help they need. read more

Just got off the phone with a woman at this company who explained that I was being charged an extra $100 for a labor charge when I was going to have my grease trap pumped. I asked exactly what for and she said the last time I had it pumped it was extra thick grease and that they would have to use a hydro jet to clean it. I asked, so they are going to pump it and then clean it with a Hydro jet? She said yes why? I said because I just want to make sure that if I am being charged an extra $100 for Labor I want to know what exactly what was being done for it and that it gets done. Boy did that tick her off! She starts YELLING and making rude remarks about us the people calling for service. I wish I could upload the recorded conversation here so you could hear it word for word. She came up with alleged notes that the owner was a pain in the ass and that they should stop servicing us and tell us to find someone else. The owner of our company is a 110 pound Woman from Thailand who has used this company for over 20 years when Danny really owned it. STAY AWAY! These people will come up with anything to make it a $500 charge and then berate you when you ask exactly what are you going to do for that amount! read more

Danny's did my residential 1000 gal septic tank pump in 2010. They had the records. Today I had him pump it again because it's recommended. Men got it done in 30 min with out issue which is amazing in SE Fla. Also the best price in town and without tricky up-sales like pressure washing. Update#2. As you can see, the reply is very harsh from this owner. The report you made to the health department and Loxahatchee River is a waste of time since I didn't do anything wrong. I was trying to help you, so you would be familiar and save your customers money, and that Loxahatchee River will inspect at no charge versus the health. You can call the health department to get the inspection and pay the fee or you call Loxahatchee River and they do the inspections for free. You text me and told me that you called Loxahatchee River and I know the answer and to remove my review. No I do not know the answer. I asked you to tell me what happened. You did not reply. I am a businesswoman. I'm in the construction 30 years, this would be my 3rd septic tank I had demolished. I'm a female and yes I agree. I love to see females in the business. I was trying to teach you something but obviously you have a hard head, and would not listen, nor the woman that was yelling behind you. Now all I asked, you was to verify what I was telling you and I did even show you proof in the letters that Loxahatchee River has an agreement with the health department that Loxahatchee River will do the inspections to save their customers the fee. I see the sharp responses from the owner and I'm ready for the same. Very unprofessional! We are currently having an issue with our septic tank (poor flushing and gurgling noises) so we reached out to Danny's Septic Service, a service we have used in the past as recently as February of this year. We were luckily able to set an appointment for this upcoming Wednesday. Because we had our tank drained earlier this year, we called back to ask questions like why would it be necessary to have our tank drained again in such a short period of time, what can we do better moving forward to minimize the number of times this service has to been done? It's unfortunate that the person who answered the phone was condescending and very unhelpful, and had the audacity to google search our property and mention the number of vehicles in our driveway, questioned how much tissue/soap/lotion/conditioner used, how often we have guest visit. Then I suppose the "manager" got on the phone and was rude and unprofessional then she had the nerve to say we were being snippy by asking too many questions regarding a service we will be eventually paying for, then she informed us that she would just cancel our appointment because they had already been of the phone with us too long. We had used this company 2 previous times before and this would have been the third. We were fortunate enough to have another company coming out tomorrow morning to determine the exact nature of the problem with our septic tank and answer any questions we have regarding future maintenance and or if a plumber is required. Danny's just finished replacing a drain field. Job is good. However it took six months. When I would call the office to check the status they world give me conflicting information. They claim to use one engineer which causes such a delay, then maybe use two engineers? I'm a little skeptical that they really needed this long for the job to be prepared. The actual work took one day l, the permit took one day, etc., but five months to get the engineer to do his part?? Come on! read more

They were hired to install a septic system, besides being delayed for over 6months, they proceeded to take advantage of this and bill us for pumpouts. I called Danny's Septic Service on a Sunday night because my drains were backing up and spoke to Maryann, who was extremely informative and explained my options and told me she'd have someone out there in the morning. I was shocked that anyone would even answer, no less spend the time to explain. Next morning by 10am Carlos was out at my house and pumped out the tank quickly and at a very reasonable price. My septic backed up on a Sunday I called first company that came across google and immedialty they wanted to come out for over $600. I then found Danny's septic!! I had the pleasure of speaking with Maryann I was told to reduce use of water in the home save the emergency call. Monday morning I received a call from Maryann that the techs would be out and would call 30 min prior to arrival. Sure enough they did call and arrived in 30 min. Carlos was so polite professional and helpful. He fixed the clog and explained what to do for next time. He could have told me I needed the septic drained and Charge over $235 but he didn't. I have no idea what these people are talking about!! This company has been the ONLY company I use for septic services for my home. And honestly, I have a feeling the "did not disclose their fees" commentary I keep seeing is because they simply do not understand that it is an ESTIMATE over the phone. It is very hard to tell what's going on with your septic tank over the phone. When I first called them, I explained to them my situation, and they let me know that it was a good idea to have a service technician come out and pump out the septic tank. $210 for 1,000 gallons or less. They got to my home, and we came to learn that the septic tank was not a 1,000 gallon tank - but a 1,200 gallon tank. So as expected, there was a price increase. They always answer the phone, more often than not a service technician is out the same day to help me with my issues. I've had several of their employee's at my property, and they have been nothing but clean, honest, prompt, and respectful. I would recommend this company to everyone and anyone I know. Do not be discouraged by false claims of the company not disclosing their fees properly. Do a little bit of research on the industry, and you'll be surprised what you find out. I used Danny's back in 2017 and they did a decent job and happened to be the cheapest I could find. In 2018 I called them again and never got a return phone call. I let a few days go by, I called again and this time booked an appointment. 15 min after booking the appointment, someone called me back to let me know that they were "so busy" that they couldn't make it out until tomorrow. I had my septic line jetted and after it stopped working one month later (I was out of town 3 weeks of that month) the unprofessional "staff" at Danny's septic not only blamed it on me, but repeatedly hung up on me! Danny's Septic has been one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever had at my house. I was inquiring about a new lid b/c it seemed like smell was coming from the tank. Eric came to my house and told me when we got it drained the year before year before no one resealed it and that he could reseal it for $100 or I could get a permanent lid that didn't have to be resealed for $400 after I inquired about a lid that doesn't open that can be pumped out. My husband opted for the $99 fix. I have to mention I did not follow up and check on their "sealing work" because I trusted them and have 3 young children in my home, that was my mistake. Now, in a little over three months, when the temperature is 90 degrees, the smell is back. I called on a Monday and explained my situation, and I was told Eric would call me. After not receiving any voicemails that day or the next( I later learned he called but didn't leave a message) I called back on Wednesday and I spoke to Eric who told me, he would come out on Thursday to see what I was speaking about. I waited all day, no one showed up or called. I called on Friday to express my frustration, and I was told Eric got backed up, and would call me. I did not receive any phone calls. When I called today, Monday, I was told he came out on Friday( I was never called or texted to let me know he was even on my property). I was also told that what Eric had told his office was that I had a broken lid that needed to be replaced and that he told me this in November and that was the problem I was having, and that he did me a "favor" by sealing it up in November. I tried to explain to both the office manager and then the owner, Laura, that was not what he told me in November or I would have just gotten the lid replaced in November, and not given my husband a "sealing" option. Unfortunately, both ladies were rude and kept interrupting me, not allowing me to tell "my side of the story" because they had heard differently from Eric. I asked them to let me finish speaking, but they wouldn't stop talking to listen, even as I tried to continue to talk louder and not let them cut me off. Laura kept asking me,"what do you want from me so we can be done" to which I replied, "I want to be heard from start to finish for the 3 whole minutes it would take without being interrupted." She said she didn't need to do that because she already had the facts.I told her if she refused to hear me out I would need to express my frustrations and be heard online in a review for them. How can a business only hear their employee's side without hearing their customers??? She also kept saying I want things for free! What??? I'm asking her to listen to how her workers are being totally unprofessional in their job and then in responses, and how frustrating that is, and to take responsibility, and so she tries to make me out as someone wanting something for free...when all I asked for was for her to listen. I wanted to be there when Eric came out to my house, so he could explain the shoddy sealing work, that's why I stayed home all day on Thursday! FYI as I proceeded to try to tell my side, she told me she wasn't going to waste her time and then hung up. I can't believe any business owner would treat anyone as poorly as Danny's septic. If by chance Eric reads this: when we spoke today on the phone, you admitted not saying my lid was broken and not telling me it needed to be replaced, you really shouldn't lie to cover your tracks to your company. If you had just taken responsibility, I would have ordered the new cement cover from you. Awful. Laura, the owner, does not seem to care about customers. They pumped my tank - $395. Then they sold me a new lid because they could not get to the baffle to clean it. That was another $500. Then, once they cleaned the baffle with a hose/jet, the toilet inside the house became clogged and they would not return. The toilet is five feet from the baffle, but Laura became rude and told me they do not do anything inside the house, and they would not pay for a plumber. I then called another septic company, who came and cleared up the problem; an obstruction had been forced up the pipe while Danny's was cleaning it and the second company fixed it for $375. Do yourself a favor, stay away from Danny's Septic. I have filed a BBB complaint and will be following up with DCA and possibly the Florida DBPR. No one likes to have septic problems, but this company may cause more trouble than they fix. read more
