The main issue though is that it's overpriced; and they can overcharge because there are not many people with access to packs, boxes, etc. I get that they have to profit but it still feels meh to pay $5 dollars extra on packs especially when you buy a few. Now you've paid potentially 15-20 dollars more than you would have otherwise. Even on single cards, they're all a few dollars above market. So one you buy a few cards you paid quite a bit extra. Again, I get they have to profit otherwise what would be the incentive for them? But it doesn't mean you have to enjoy getting overcharged. Then the cherry on top is they're not friendly lol. At least if they're overcharging but are nice, ya know it hurts a lil less. But it feels like you're just buying from scalpers in a nicely lit up building.

The staff was very friendly upon entering but make sure you don't have any drinks or food because there are giant signs out front that tell you you can't bring it anything in and they will make sure of it. There are plenty of signs showing you the different things around as well as signs showing you what is meant for the kitchen or bathroom or other various places in your house. The staff was there when I needed it and even pointed out some of their new arrivals as well as bestsellers. They had rows of different kinds of fabric. We found a row that had duck cloth, which we read about after we got home, that can be used for upholstery. We found a bolt that we both agreed upon and wanted to get a little swatch to see how it would look. It's not a manned area so you have to ring a desk bell and wait for someone to assist you. The girl that came to help us was very nice. She was the same girl I found in another part of the store and asked if they had fabric. She cut a piece for us and told us how much fabric we would need to reupholster 6 chairs. If the fabric looks good with our furniture, we'll be back!

I have started going to Hobby Lobby once or twice a month just because of how much I like the store. The prices are fair and they have great sales. The staff is helpful and courteous. They always answer my questions intelligently and even make some suggestions based on my requests. They have so many good, quality products, I just made my first online purchase from their website and that was a great experience as well. I have recommended this store to my friends and family. I haven't visited Michael's in a long time - not since my kids were in elementary school needing certain items for school projects. The store was large, clean, and well-organized. Hold up! Michael's sells helium balloons now?! Wow, this place has evolved into more than just a DIY craft store. With my stomach grumbling, I didn't feel like walking aisle by aisle looking for the spray bottle. I approached a store employee and asked where I could find small spray bottles. The employee checked two aisles, then asked another employee for assistance. I ended up finding a small 2-pack spray bottle for $4.99. The employee came with a spray bottle a bit bigger than what I found, but there was no sticker price on it. I thanked the employee for his help and took both items to checkout for a price check. A female employee provided customer service near the self-checkout. Although the 2-pack spray bottles were on sale online, Michael's does not honor online prices in-store. The employee did a price check on the bigger spray bottle, which was $3 less than the smaller ones. I made my payment on the large self-checkout screen. I didn't notice it then, but closely looking at the picture I took, the screen at self-checkout not only has a camera locked on your face, but also on the items you're scanning.
