The staff was unpleasant, and that experience made me very nervous about looking for a new dental office. For about a year, I struggled to adjust to the idea of a new environment and kept putting it off. Eventually, I was referred to Dr. Sharon. Even though I was still very nervous, I started bringing my family members in one by one before scheduling my own appointment. I needed to hear their feedback first! Thankfully, they all had nothing but great things to say. Today was finally my appointment, and for the first time in seven years, I truly felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. Denise at the front desk greeted me warmly and made me feel seen right away. She was incredibly sweet and made me feel like I had been an established patient for years. Maura brought me back to the room and was just as kind and welcoming. Then I saw Sherilyn, the hygienist, and for the first time in many years, the experience didn't feel scary. She explained everything she was doing and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. She was so gentle and kind that I actually ended up taking a small nap yes, really! Dr. Sharon was amazing as well. She is very knowledgeable, she explained the overall health of my teeth clearly and made me feel like she had been caring for me for years. I do my research before trying a business especially for my healthcare. I came in as a new patient and it turns out I had to get a root canal and crown to fix my issue. No problem, I had one before with my longtime dentist but he was Retired so I tried oak tree dentistry. The Dr I met with I didn't catch his name he was partially bald, rushed through my diagnosis didn't explain much of anything but let me know I needed the root canal, we scheduled it I came back and I was met with a completely different dr. A woman she was of Indian descent wasn't listed on the website as a dr there I was very confused but trusted them. It was the most painful root canal I was there for over 3 hours mouth open getting worked on. My temp tooth fell out 2 times while waiting for my crow to come in. Till this day a year later the tooth is still sensitive. Very unfortunate my original dentist really set the bar, my first root canal was so fast so smooth so painless so this was a COMPLETE SHOCK.

I called today and was informed that my refund is still under review (again, the work was never started so what is there to review) and there is only one person who knows about refunds and she is once again unavailable. Absolutely the most unprofessional and unethical behavior from the financial department of this office. I'm not sure if this starts at the top or is just ill trained staff so please beware when choosing this office for your dental work. This is not a review of the dental staff but of their office operations.
