Today I had some work done that required numbing shots in multiple places. Dr. Grae was great. He made me feel comfortable and calm. I did not even feel the shots! PLUS, he's a good singer and serenades his patients as he works. Dr. Grae and Mandi made the experience fun rather than stressful. They explained every step in advance so I never sat wondering what would come next, and at the end of the procedure, they both took extra time to make sure that everything felt right. Mandi stayed behind to answer my questions and give me advice --and this is the experience I have had every single time I have been in. The front office staff remember my name at the door, I've never run into any issues with scheduling or procedures, they are able to text you if you are like me and hate phone calls, and I have so much trust in the team. I definitely recommend Image Dental.

There was no judgment, no discomfort, just warmth and professionalism. This is not my first time there either. They are always sweet and caring even on phone calls! Dr. Nozaki r took the time to listen and showed a level of compassion that is rare. This office clearly values people, not just procedures. Every interaction felt thoughtful and respectful, and that made all the difference. If you've ever felt anxious, embarrassed, or hesitant about dental care, this is a place where you will be treated with understanding. I'm truly thankful for this team and the way they care for their patients. I am very greatful and I HIGHLY recommend this office.

I've had some really horrible experiences and I'm sure most of us have considered dentistry to be one of the most challenging professions when it comes to health care. Don't get me wrong, I know there are many high demand and low reward types of health care and in general anyone in the healthcare industry is way under appreciated. Really, when you go to the dentist you have to accept the fact that they are usually in damage control mode because people (me) don't establish better habits when necessary. Thank god for Dr. Graham and his team for taking care of me with 3 wisdom teeth removed, a new crown, and a cleaning schedule that really works for my attempt at change :) Let me explain... Dr. Graham was the first dentist that I completely trusted when it came to the removal of my wisdom teeth. It was getting really bad as I would get these really bad reactions when I didn't brush properly or floss properly. I think my wisdom teeth were the problem. Removed the bad teeth and no more problems! Also, I've had to change my habits under the guidance of his support team. More brushing, better flossing, water pick and just more awareness of what a clean mouth is supposed to feel like. I'm not embellishing here but this place has changed my health and life for the better. I remember growing up thinking rich kids were the ones that saw the dentist regularly and now I feel like one of those kids that talked about their regularly scheduled visit to the dentist, and not just when something went wrong. Thank you Dr. Graham and support staff, I promise to floss more frequently to make your job a bit easier in the future!

DO NOT LET A DENTIST IS THIS PRACTICE NEAR YOUR MOUTH…read more I'd seen my regular dentist recently when I became unemployed and lost my dental benefits. When I broke a crown in the front of my mouth, I bought an HMO dental policy that I believed would cover some of the expense, but I found extremely few dental offices accept HMO insurance. This office was one of very few who did. The dentist (Pushpinder Sethi) said my crown wasn't repairable. She wanted to do a bridge and charge me about $2000. That would require her to work on the healthy tooth next to the bad tooth so she could anchor the bridge to it. Even though I answered "No" to all the questions that indicated poor gum health (pain, bleeding etc), they also told me that my gums were in bad shape and I needed deep scaling and root planing. This would cost me about $1000 and require ongoing followup attention every three months. It appeared that my HMO policy covered nothing. Interestingly, the dentist was free and able to begin this time-consuming process on me right then and there. When I would not consent, they told me they would record my decision to decline this service in my chart. I felt they were trying to intimidate me into agreeing to the procedure. I was surprised that they had room in their schedule to begin a time-consuming deep scaling and root planing procedure that same day. The urgency they created and the large amount they wanted to charge me made me quite cautious. I did consent to begin the process to repair the tooth temporarily and paid about $400 for a plate that would be used to hold a temporary tooth in place. I did some research and found I could fly to San Diego, drive across the border, enjoy a week of vacation, and get a dental implant for about one half what Modern Dental wanted to charge me for a bridge. And I could keep my good tooth that Modern Dental wanted to use to anchor the bridge. I sought a second opinion about the broken crown from my former dentist. They felt they could save the tooth and build a new crown on it. I gave up the trip to Mexico and paid cash, but considerably less than Modern Dental was asking, and am quite happy with the results. My former dentist also did not see a need for deep scaling and planing -- although they encouraged me to do a better job, or that procedure might be in my future. I called Modern Dental and told them I didn't need the plate and that I wanted a refund. They said the office manager would have to call me back, which they never did. I never got my $400 back. In short, this office lacks the expertise to perform complicated procedures that benefit the patient, and is all too eager to intimidate you into paying for expensive work that you likely do not actually need. Too bad I didn't get to go to Mexico though.
