They didn't bother to ask me which doctor I wanted, so they picked one on their own. I had to call for 3 days to try and get it fixed. When I finally did speak with someone, they were incredibly rude. Needless to say, I did switch out of that practice. I do not recommend them.

He always has a smile and laughs at my jokes, but most important of all is that he runs a tight ship and his staff are most helpful. When you enter for an appointment either Natalia or Ivan are ready with a smile and always bend over backwards to help when there is a vexing little problem such as personally helping with referrals or how to navigate Healow (their patient portal).
