Went in for a digitizer replacement on an iphone and got much more than I bargained for. They were unable to fix it after two attempts and unapologetic to top it off. Asked for a refund to a hesitant representative and he insisted we bring it back to further look into it. After all the delays and lack of clarity from these guys we were able to get our refund. The phone number has been taken over by another company www.entekpc.com and those guys do great work and do computer repair only and they only remotely log in to fix issues. I tried them and they did a great job removing the virus's off my computer and charged me fairly. They were quick to call me back and then remoted in and fixed it all and my computer ran quicker afterwards with no virus's. I was pleased with the service and cost. Thanks guys. read more

I have used this repair service before. 6 months ago I had a connection soldered on my laptop. I had used them twice before that for work on cell phones. Well, the solder didn't hold so I went back to see what could be done. The new counter person was terrible. I have worked successfully in customer service positions for over 30 years. I have found, the faster a person talks, the less they seem to know, and this person talks really fast. She fluttered from one person to the next, never completing anything. Because of this, and her assumption that I had done something to cause a solder connection to come loose and refusing to look at the prior receipt (which she was told to look at by service people in the back after that), I decided to leave. This experience left me with no trust that I could receive good service here any longer. She did me a favor though, as I got quick superior service by Hyper-Tech in Overland Park, KS. read more

This place is a rip off ! I purchased two adapters at $20. I realized two days later that I didn't actually need them. I called the store and was told all I could get is store credit. OK no problem. I asked for a price on a led fan and was told $15. So I get there and the guy at the counter says "what do you want?" in a very dismissive tone. I said "I'm returning these" and set the adapters on the counter. He said "What the hell are you talking about we don't take returns" I said " I was told I could get store credit and wanted to buy the led fan for $15" He said "fine" then went in the back. He came back out and said thats going to be $30 not $15. When I argued that I was told $15 over the phone he said "Don't make this harder than it has to be pal do you want it or not?" I said "It seems to me that you're jacking up the price because of the store credit" To which he replied "It is what it is." Newegg had this same fan for $8.99 and free shipping. Unless you want to be talked down to and throw your money away I would not recommend this store. read more

I took my computer in for a new power supply cord. Their rates are about $55 an hour so I was charged $118 for the repair. I took the computer home and the wireless card was now not working. I took the computer back the next day and they repaired the wireless card without charge. I was happy with the service I received. Although they are moderately priced, they are quick. read more

I would love to give them 5 stars because their fee to repair an iPhone screen was reasonable ($80 which is less than the Apple Store), I didn't need to make an appointment, all of their staff was super helpful & friendly, and it took 30 min-an hour to get my phone back. The only problem I had afterwards was the screen was not cut well enough to fit inside the body of the phone. My screen would occasionally have too much or no sensitivity, the screen would freeze on apps or anywhere that was touched on the screen for short periods of time (as if someone were holding their finger on the screen), and part of the glass in the bottom right corner was popping out, which ultimately started spreading upwards on the right side. I don't know if my phone would have gotten much worse or stayed the same after this, as my friend accidentally broke my phone no less than 2 months after it being repaired, but I do know it shouldn't have had so many little issues after the screen repair. read more

Despite the terrible reviews, I opted to give this business a try as it was a convenient location to my home. Shame on me. I needed the cracked screen of my old iPhone fixed. I had removed the SIM card and reset the phone settings as I was going to give it to my mother and at the moment, access would not be necessary. When I asked about the screen repair only, the representative proceeded to tell me a minimum amount (priced much higher than their website notes as well as their competitors) and that the system was ruined for which he would require all my iTunes account sign in information. This immediately sounded fishy. I attempted to explain that I had purposefully wiped it and that it only need a SIM card, as the prompt on the phone itself explains, and to be reactivated (which I could manage on my own). While on the emergency call screen, the representative clicked away on the numeric pad all the while speaking to me like a child about my phone needing a complete repair. I again ask him about simply fixing the screen for which he rudely replied that it didn't need the screen fixed (it's grossly and obviously cracked) and that he would require my iTunes information to do any work at all. Needless to say, I didn't feel comfortable rendering services from a "professional" who did not understand the true problem and who also could not speak in a respectful manner. Instead,I went to Mission Repair in Olathe, KS. I was initially attempting to save myself some trouble and go to a closely located business, but I can assure you the 40 miles to Olathe was much easier! read more

We took our computer to PC to have the virus and block up problems removed. They charged $70.00--no problem. The minute we got home, the pop ups were back in full force. Due to work schedules, we could not take it back for a week, and when we did the very rude worker at the front, said, "you cannot expect us to take your computer back every 10 days to remove your viruses". We tried to explain that the pop ups were the same and he said, "Well, you are going to have to monitor your web site viewing better." My husband said, "Well the pop ups came back the same day." And the worker said, "Well, we will be able to tell the history of your computer." We left it there feeling really put down by this truly rude worker. Then they called to say it was ready again and when we picked it up, he said, "There is nothing wrong with your computer. The pop ups are just there to say that we put in the anti virus. When we got home, the computer was full of pop ups the moment we plugged it in. I don't think they looked at it or know how to fix it. Either way, I would not recommend this business to anyone. The front end person working is the rudest associate that I have met in this area since I moved here in 2009. What a jerk he is. No wonder he doesn't wear a name tag. Everyone that he deals with is a put down. We drove from the Grandview area 4 times to get treated like dirt and to have worse problems than we did to start with. Don't go there! read more

Whatever you do don't take your phone there! I took my phone there to fix my screen. and it was a nightmare. They told me that my part was in so I go in and then they said its not in after calling and confirmting it was and then 15 minutes later they find it. They said it would be fixed within a hour. I come back an hour and 20 minutes later and they said 15 more minutes advIsed I had to get back to work then they said its fixed. They handed me the phone and it was dead I told them it had a full charge when I dropped it off he said just to go home and put it in the charger. I take it home it won't charge and it won't come on. I take it back and they said hold on. They said we don't know why it won't come on so they said let them work on it and they will call me. I didn't hear anything I callback 2 hours later and they said they were working on it and if they couldn't get it to work they would give me something like my phone if they couldn't get it to work. I never heard anything else so I went up there 2 hours later and the guy said hold on and went in the back and came back and said bad news your phone is broke. I told him they were going to give me my money back and the rest to buy a new phone they said the could give give me the money I gave them and try to give me this small crappy phone. They said that is all they had for straight talk. I said the you need to give me the funds to buy a new phone. He said he couldn't do that and nothing he could do. I told him no that I needed to talk to the owner or someone else and he said no one else I could talk too. I started to get mad and said there has to be someone else to help and then he went in the back and said well I could give you 45 I said no i need at least 125 with my funds you gave back to buy a phone like I had and he said 45 is the best he can do. So I threw a fit and said I wasn't leaving until I talk to someone else. So finally a guy comes out from the back and starts screaming at me I told he I needed the funds or my phone fixed. He said my phone was probably already broke when I gave it to them and accused me of lying and being a crack head. I told him I was on the phone when I came in there and they had called me on my number. Then another guy from the back comes out and says yeah it wa broke they discontinued that phone and its just a bad phone. I told him my fiance and my daughter had the same phone with no problems. I told them I had been using my phone for the last month with a cracked screen with no problems. He still refused to help so I told him I was going to report him to the better business burea. So then he said show a phone record and they will give me my money. So I call straight talk they will only send a phone record if they can call and confirm when they call your number which wont work because they broke my phone. So I called and got it to with them and I told them I was on the phone with my fiance when going into the shop. So my fiance went in and showed him the phone record that I was on the phone with him when I dropped it off. So he slams the money on the counter for the 125 and says have a nice day.
