My external hard drive crashed when it was accidentally bumped. Brought it here and was 100% pleased with communication during the different stages of repair. I described what I wanted and listened as Frank explained the various options available to me. Frank never tried to upsell a feature or software, rather he built the machine to my specs. Over the years, whatever small problem I had, Frank dealt with it expeditiously. Fast forward to 2022, and I noted little twerks starting to rear their ugly heads. It was then I remembered the motherboard was 10 YO - and decided to ask Frank to build a new desktop machine before my existing one completely failed. After years of friendship, Frank knew my standing specs -- "bigger, faster, better" -- and that's exactly what he built. Always conscious of pricing and consumer costs, especially in this economy, Frank never tried to upsell me. This place is a butcher shop. Wife brought her little over a year old Dell laptop in to their Booth's Corner location to get a diagnostic because it was running slow These jokers call that night and tell her she needs a new hard drive. OK, fine, we can agree on that, she tells them to back up her drive and install the new one. Next day they call and say they couldn't back it up, nothing could be done and they replaced it, everything lost.. Let's get this straight, the computer wasn't broken, just running slow. Ever see the 2 chimps banging on the computer in the original Zoolander movie, that is what this place is exactly like. I wouldn't bring a calculator here to get fixed let alone a computer. read more

Frank and Christina are the BEST! I have been coming to this shop for 10+ years and have no complaints, only praise. This is a small business that's HUGE on customer service. The turnaround is quick, the work is top notch and the prices are very very reasonable. I've only dealt with Frank working on my computer but everything is always perfect! I brought my laptop in with a broken screen on Monday. He wasn't able to look at it until after I called in Friday. He said he had a long backlog. That's reasonable, but I believe he could and should have told me that on Monday. Next Tuesday, I got the call that the laptop was ready. I went to pick it up the next morning. It was during posted business hours, but the store was closed with no posted explanation. Another customer was also waiting. Came back the next day and got it. It's working, but the cover has many new scratches on it. Also, there's a "PC Support" sticker by the track pad, which I am going to peel off now. read more

So my Dell laptop was running very slow and sometimes has become unresponsive. I have driven past this place a few times and decided to give it a try. I dropped my laptop off and the guy said they would take a look at it and give me a call. They called me a few hours later and told me my hard drive was bad. This was concerning since I had lots of data and pictures on there. He said no problem, they would try to recover everything. So the next day they called me and said the computer was all finished. Great turnaround time. I brought my laptop home, sure enough all my data was there and programs and it was like new again. Running as fast as when I first bought it. The only problem I had was I needed to install my printer and I didn't have the disc. So I called and asked how I can get the printer working. Sure enough one of the techs did it for me remotely in about 10 minutes with no further charge. Great guys and I will definitely be back. The price was reasonable. We had two occasions this year to take a computer to PC Support Services for repair. The first time was for a cracked computer screen. The second time was just today when the computer had a black screen and would not start up. The service in both cases was absolutely excellent. The computer was repaired quickly both times. The situation today was caused by a broken wire inside the computer and we already have the computer back. Don't know how it gets better than that. Highly recommend this business. read more
