My Dyson Animal Vacuum stopped working and I got on the phone with their support. They were no help at all and only offered me a 20% discount on a new vacuum. So I scoured the internet for a reliable service and found PCH. I gave the number a call and right away got Kevin who talked me thru all the possibilities of what the problem might be.
