Rob and Jaylene did a wonderful job as usual. Our white carpet is 22 years old and it always looks like new when they finish. We have them come every two years. I got a huge area rug, stairs and loft cleaned. Stairs and loft were heavy traffic areas and looks new now. They laid down a sheet to put equipment on it. The equipment was not loud. Great experience just now with super professional and thorough company. They were just at my home and the carpet upstairs looks like new. All self contained, no hoses coming out of truck etc. They are a green company, and they guarantee their work, so if any stains come back, call them and they will come out for free. I actually live on Camp Pendleton and come move out my carpets were terrible. They did an amazing job! The carpets looked amazing and they let me walk around and look at them then raked up after me so they could dry Properly! They were such professionals and were so sweet with my little minions who kept interrupting their work! I would highly recommend them and will definitely be going to them for our new house! Inferior cleaning process that uses no extraction. It's like rubbing your carpet with a wet towel which results in spreading the soil and driving it deeper into the carpet. We were extremely dissatisfied with the result!! read more
