I wasn't going to get the new drain shipped in time from the brand I really wanted, so Nik drove to 3 Ferguson home stores to find the part we wanted. I would never have expected that, but he went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. He was also very detail oriented and when we brought up a couple minor things that needed to be fixed, he quickly responded and had his team adjust. He also stopped by the house every single day of the project to check on things. Overall, we are extremely happy with the quality of work and process of working together. Highly recommend!

On top of that, part of the project had to do with our insurance; we needed a contractor that would be willing to provide exactly what the insurance needed. We typed the proposal up, and Jeff filled in with what the insurance requested. We wanted to remove light fixtures in the living room and replace it with a pendant fixture, as well as recessed lights. The shades we bought ended up not being the perfect fit for the new fixture we wanted to use in the dining room, but Jeff and Chase were patient and knowledgeable to know how to "sand this, and cut that " and made the shades work and look beautiful! We are very pleased with their work and will definitely be using them again for all things home repairs. As a perfectionist, it's hard to find great contractors like them.
