The prices of this shop are amazingly low. The costs of repairs, upgrades and labor are very reasonable. I rarely ever spent a lot of money at this place. The customer service here is pretty good for the most part. The lady and the younger guy that work up front are pretty friendly. However the older man that works in the back is pretty contrary and sarcastic. I don't think he meant anything bad by it but it can be a little offputting sometimes. In short great selection, great prices, satisfactory customer service but could use little work.

Initially they told me that my $125 could be applied to my repair, but now I am out $125 and had to pay a different company to come fix my refrigerator. Upon asking for a refund I was told they refuse to refund me, but will apply the $125 to a different service (which I don't need). I am a newly divorced single mother and this company made my already difficult situation worse by costing me more money than I needed to spend on this expensive repair. I was upfront with them about the problem, but they were not honest upfront about not being able to fix the issue. They sent the technician anyway and charged me for nothing.
