I can not believe this place!! i dropped my laptop off 12 days ago and they are telling me it will take an additional 5-6 days to be repaired. Which is fine, I understand with covid things will be delayed, but when I called they kept me on hold for 15 min and didn't answer I could hear ppl talk in the background. Then I had to drive to the store to get the status of my laptop. Once I got there this guy name Rudy was so rude he started arguing with me called me smart... when I said, "it will almost be a month from the day I dropped my laptop off to when it will be fixed". Dropped my laptop off on May 26th 2020 and it will be "presumably" ready June 18th. Then when I asked for my laptop back he told me it would be here in 2 hours, and to wait.. are you serious the level of customer service is horrendous here. He could have easily apologized for the inconvenience they caused me. Im pretty sure they wont have my laptop in two hours they will prob give me the run around for that as well. lol what JOKE STAY AWAY from this failure of business. read more

Dont bother coming unless you want to get the run around. We came back so many times with more issues they created after switching the screen that we could have paid for another iphone. 60,90,30 here and there. We paid close.to 200 because they will not back up their supposedly guarantee on parts. They will just find some.other part to blame so you keep on paying. read more

If I could give no Stars I would. I brought a cracked screen in for a fix they told me it would be a day to fix . I went the next day and they gave me someone else's phone . BEWARE! I brought my laptop in for a LCD repair and there was damage to the hard cover! Went to the store and talked to the owner over the phone and he said it was nothing that could be done! The only issues was the LCD screen not a bubble on the hard shell of the back of my laptop!!! MY laptop was BRAND NEW!!!There is no such thing as a warranty for one month if a customer has a issue it's ignored!! DO NOT GO HERE take you laptop elsewhere!!! This is the worst place to go they are ripoff artists! The sold me a phone and when I took it back because the signal was not working they keep playing the take to this store no the other store and kept me running around until my 30 warranty was up... then when I had to have the screen fixed they took my money and did nothing to make it right.
