The attitude of pretty much every single employee in here is astonishing. Maybe they treat corporate customers better. Our plumber on a new build sent us in. The people in the showroom did not want to be bothered. I flat out asked the woman staring at me with a blank look on her face, "so do you want to help us or not?" Purchased a toilet with an automatic flush. Stopped working a few months after- spent months contacting them they said they would try and help me they did absolutely nothing. I live in houston and i was visiting my parents in Georgia. I was installing a water filter and I broke a quick connect. Since i needed to complete the work that day (i was leaving the next day), I visited the local homedepot and lowes, but after spending a long time with the store helper, we did not find the suitable replacement or compatible part. One of the guy at Lowes suggested that I check out PDI. So i drove over there. Since I was not from this area and I forgot my cellphone at home, it was extremely difficult to find that place but somehow i found the showroom and the store. There were many people waiting so i had to wait a long time.. and when it was finally my turn, i explained my situation and showed the sales rep the part. Surprisingly, he did not even look at the part or tried to figure something out.. he just told me that i should contact the manufacturer for the replacement part. I explained to him that although i know that is very obvious solution, i needed to find a workaround now, and i also explain to him how i have been to many stores and I desperately needed a solution..but this guy did not care and just wanted to kick me out of the store.. He probably was not very interested in helping me because it would not be a big sale.. he was very rude and did not show any interest in helping me. He told me try Ace hardware. When i told him that i am not from this area and i do not have my cell phone, so i need some clear direction to write down.. but obviously he was not very interested in helping... So i left and went back to Homedepot. This time, a different guy was there and after he heard what i was trying to do, he thought about for few minutes and came up with two solutions using pretty basic pumbing parts. I bought those parts at homedepot and I was able to complete my work successfully. I was so greatful... These parts were pretty basic plumbing parts and I am 100% sure PDI has those parts.. PDI rep was one of the worst rep i have ever dealt with.. He did not care about his customer.. I was completely disatisfied with their terrible customer serice. I think PDI only focuses on revenue and profit.. they have no interest in helping customers... Great job Homedepot!! Shame on you PDI.. you need to train your employees about customer service.. read more

Worst customer service in Atlanta . I placed an order for $4500 in plumbing fixtures First the sales rep sent me a quote charging me $1000 for a shower head. After I pointed it out to her she revised the quote. The sales person took my order and that was the last I heard from her. I had to call her constantly to ask when my fixtures would arrive as I had to meet my contractors schedule for installation. Finally my contractor picked up all the fixtures but the bathtub. I was told my shower heads would be a month late in arriving. Not the fault of the sales rep I realize. When I called the store to find out about arrival of the fixtures I was always screened by the receptionist. The shower heads finally arrived and were supposed to be delivered to my house. Instead I got a call to pick them up. I went to the store and the receptionist quickly sent me to the pickup area in the back. My sales rep was in the store but apparently was not notified I was there. I waited a while with a group of very nice plumbers . Finally I got my showers heads 2 months late. I was given a bill and I said I had paid for the fixtures all ready and asked if my sales rep was there. The nice man in the pick up area said he was sorry I had such a bad customer sale experience. They paged my sales rep and when she came I said that the service experience was very disappointing and I wanted to see my bill . She never said she was sorry unlike the nice man in the back. I gave her the fixtures and said just return these and she walked off. You can buy any of these fixtures from Amazon and get better customer service and probably better prices. Made some big purchases here over several months for some big projects. Sales counter professionals are very helpful but it is a big place so it takes time to get your order pulled and brought up. You can set up a cash account in your name or, if you have contracted out to a plumber for the labor and he has an account there you can purchase through him and receive his small discount. This place is huge and has everything related to plumbing supplies including nice showroom of high end luxury tubs, showers sinks, counters, etc.The sky is the limit for what you can spend on a bathroom or a kitchen here. If you want to fantasize about having a million dollar bathroom, go here and make it a step closer to reality. read more

I was directed by a salesperson from the showroom entrance to the repair area. Upon arrival, three gentlemen looked busy working on their computers, so I waited my turn to ask a few questions I had researched because I was ready to spend a lot of money to remodel seven bathrooms. As I waited, two other men came in from the contractor entrance and were immediately greeted and serviced. Right after, another man walks in from the sales entrance and stands by me, yet again, greeted and helped before me. When I was finally helped the man scoffed me when asking a question. To make matters worse, he turned around and repeated my question in a condescending way while cackling. It was a very disappointing experience, and I couldn't believe how rude they were. All of their fixtures were beautiful, but I will not be giving this place money now or in the future. Being the only woman in there, they didn't treat me the same or give me the time of day. I cannot support a business that degrades women. read more

I have been working with Heather Cato at PDI on a major kitchen and bath renovation for a few months now. She is, without a doubt, one of the most knowledgeable sales consultants I've ever worked with! Heather knows the puts and takes of (seemingly) every product in the showroom, and gives good reasons why you would choose one over another. She is patient, and takes times to educate the consumer. She gets back to you very quickly with quotes. She knows what the contractor needs first and why. I do not live close to Lawrenceville, but I've driven out there several times now, because I have not come across anyone at Ferguson or Noland that compares to her.
