From the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted with friendliness and care. This was by far the best experience at a dentist's office I have ever had! We talked, laughed and laid out a dental plan for me. I've been to the office several times over the last few months getting several things repaired, both needed and proactive repairs. Which, I'd been nervous about after I mistakenly went to a 'holistic' dentist for that, which cost so much, and took very long to redo. I had to go to a perio specialist, then to put my zirconia implant crown on, Dr Edwards did a whole procedure to do that perfectly. And I'm very grateful to him that I can now chew normally and not worry about it anymore. Being born without an adult tooth is no picnic, but luckily there are pros like Dr E to help us out with these things in life.

I was told that my appointment was canceled the Friday afternoon before (despite confirming it via text). I had already taken PTO to attend my appointment so to find out in the afternoon before they were closed all weekend was very frustrating. I was told the reason it was canceled was because my insurance had expired (I have a new insurance provider) and they decided to cancel it without getting a hold of me.
