Today had a great breakfast, the restaurant was perfectly clean. Two waitresses met us at the door and opened the doors for us, this was very much appreciated my father in law is 93 and uses a walker and I also use a cane, they were both very friendly and we were seated immediately. Our waitress was very friendly and pleasant, her name was Olivia and it was perfect having her as our waitress, she made sure we had everything and asked us if we wanted to go coffee, we are from Florida but come back often and will come back to this IHOP on our next visit . Also the food was excellent and we took advantage of the 55+ menus and these were more than enough food, good sausage and pancakes also. Highly recommend this restaurant. read more

our server, megan s, was not only rude and disrespectful, but was completely unprofessional making racist remarks and purposely getting my friends order wrong and refused to help. me and my friend went to go eat in, but my friend also ordered a togo order at the desk for her mom. while trying to make her order, a server, "megan s." asked someone else to take my friends order because the server "doesn't speak spanish". my friend has spoken english her entire life and was currently speaking english to this worker. this server proceeded to get her order completely wrong. she asked for a half stack of pancakes and an orange juice. and you can see the reciept is ridiculously high and doesn't show what we ordered. when the togo food was ready it was two different full stacks of pancakes, chocolate and blueberry, and an orange juice. when my friend gave the food back and told her this wasn't what she ordered, Megan S refused to give her a refund. the server said that she only rung my friend up for two pancakes and an orange juice and this is how much it cost, and the cooks made a mistake. so even when my friend returned her food Megan refused to give her any type of refund and said that a half stack of blueberry pancakes and an orange juice cost $30! this is absolutely crazy. Megan S not only made a racist comment, she rung us up for more food than we wanted and blamed it on the cooks. then she lied about the price of the food. nowhere should hire someone who treated there customers like that. overall was an extremely bad experience. read more

We had not been here for several years but so glad we gave it another try because the manager is different and is doing a phenomenal job! The food and service was absolutely fantastic, would be better if they weren't out of burger buns tho. The mint milkshake was great, but if you want a better one, then just go to the purple cow in North Little Rock. The only thing that was bad was the bathrooms. They smelt horrible. Tammy and I went out on some errands this Saturday and we decided to have a brunch at the IHOP in Cabot. The restaurant was somewhat crowded but we were seated quickly. The service was ok but nothing extra special. "As expected ", but the server was friendly. I had the Spicy Poblano Eggs Benedict, which came with hashbrowns. I also ordered a side of bacon. The meal was cooked well and served hot. The spice comes from sliced Serrano peppers but mine was hit or miss. I either got no peppers or a lot of peppers. The poached eggs were on the very small side, almost like I didn't get all the eggs. But, the meal was tasty overall. Tammy had the Veggie Pesto egg white omelet. She had a good portion of eggs with her meal and the Pesto sauce was spot on. Overall, a good experience but nothing to write home about. read more

When is the last time you sat in the lounge of an IHOP staring into the bar while they readied your table for 9? And your party of nine looked small when compared to all of the rooms and tables available? This is the typical IHOP except it is huge! It could handle tour busses! Food is typical IHOP and good quality at that! I had the Breakfast Melt and it was very filling and tasty. All of the others in the party loved their choices Plenty of parking, easy to see from roads and somewhat new. Service is pretty good! This is a great place in the area for breakfast. read more

It's typical IHOP food, but that's not bad either! They seem understaffed and yet still incredibly busy despite this. Had a long wait on food and beverages, but it was fine as I wasn't in a rush. If i had been, I would have probably gone elsewhere just because they don't seem able to handle more folks when they're already packed. I've never had a good experience here. The waiters take your order and disappear. The order is rarely correct and always cold. My coffee is cold and rarely refilled. The managers always look pissed off. I don't ever leave happy. I keep hoping if we try different days or different times of day that it will get better because we like other iHops but it does. tonight I took my family to IHOP in Cabot Arkansas. IHOP used to be a great family restaurant. tonight I was very disappointed with the service that I received in the language of the associates and the lack of engagement and customer service. The service took over an hour for us to get our food. The restaurant was empty and there were many associates who work there. management was in the back with the other associates and bad language and lots of horse play was going on in the kitchen. when we received our food it was awful. once again this was very disappointing and I will not return. read more

We've been twice now. First time was almost a year ago so we thought we would give it another shot. Service was eh both times. Had issues each time and we are pretty chill people, so for us to have issues is sayin something. Also, this location doesn't do kids eat free from 4-10pm (We found out after getting our food). I have to say that this was absolutely the worst service I have had in years. The waitress, took quite some time getting our food( which is fine) I asked for extra crispy bacon. It came back undercooked so I asked her to please cook the bacon more. So my teens and husband started to eat their meals, but 3 of the five meals didn't have the pancakes they should come with so I asked about it. She said that they didn't come with pancakes. I thought that was odd so I went to look at a menu. A different waiter asked if I needed help, and I asked him about the pancakes. He said they do come with pancakes and so she went and got us pancake and admitted that she should have given them to us. After 15 more minutes I asked about my meal since it never came back. By This time the boys and hubby were done eating. She said she forgot and would get me food fresh. So we waited and she brought out just the bacon on the plate still undercooked. I didn't bring that up but asked where the rest of the food was. She said oh I am sorry yes I will get it. Went in the back and came out with the same food that was sent back. They flipped my scrambled eggs over so I wouldn't see how dried out they were. She brought the bill too. I didn't get to eat with my family. I had to ask her for a to go box. This was just under 100 dollars, the food was sub par at best, and I so regret eating here. There were only a couple tables filled. It was 75% empty, and it took way to long for our food. I am not even going to eat my meal because it is so dried out from the heat lamp and the bacon looks raw. I won't be back. I should also mention that they put a 2.5% Credit Card surcharge on our bill not knowing how we were going to pay. I almost always pay with cash so that was wrong. read more

We've eaten at the Cabot IHOP three times since it opened and have had a good experience each time. Drinks are refilled promptly and the coffee is always excellent. Food hot and as ordered. Service is good and was especially great this past Sunday. Friendly staff, plenty of parking, clean restaurant. Recommend this location. read more

Completely terrible. Our waitress, Kylie, completely incompetent. She brought me a coffee cup with lipstick on it, brought my girlfriend a dirty water cup with random things floating inside of it, and couldn't comprehend the fact that we wanted silverware to eat our food with. Food was brought out, done completely wrong, and it took 30 minutes just to get the corrected food WHICH WAS STILL WRONG!!!!! Additionally, she brought me pancakes for my side that felt like they were in the fridge they keep the butter in. We live in Cabot. We've waited for what we thought was sufficient time for this re-purposed Dixie Cafe location into an IHop would have all the kinks worked out. They don't. We entered around 5:30 to a mostly empty parking lot and restaurant. We were immediately assaulted with the worst blaring music that actually hurt my ears in addition to my sensibilities. I can only image it would appeal to the alternative genre of under 30 age group. There was no one seated under 50. Totally inappropriate fare for tonight clientele, which stayed in the "senior" class throughout our stay. We were seated quickly and I asked .. rather told -- in a somewhat terse way the young lady: "Can you get the volume on this gosh awful blaring music turned down some?" She responded that she would ask the manager. At this point, I fully expected the manager to come to our table to apologize. Nope. No show -- no show the whole dinner. IMO, any competent manager would have been right out. In a new establishment in town, that was still nearly empty even when we left over an hour later, a competent manager would be on a meet and greet mission taking the opportunity to interact and ask questions and listen. This place needs a lot of customer listening! While we were still reviewing the menu's a very young (16?) looking girl asked in an almost inaudible voice if we were ready to order. Not yet, give us a couple more minutes. Five minutes later, she returned. In the interim , she was no where in sight. "A" needs to learn the difference between being "attentive" and paying attention. I ordered the "new" breaded fried chicken breast billed as "two breasts", the "new" buttered corn, and the hash brown potatoes. Wife ordered the chicken crepes Florentine. Sure was happy the place was not crowded as it took twice as long as expected for the order to arrive. As the wife said, "typical IHop! SLOW". But why??? She's right. Service has never been fast at any Ihop we have visited and we have eaten in many --- mostly for breakfast, all over the Nation. Finally, our orders arrived. The fried chicken was two small SLICES of breast. Heavily breaded and deep fried to a crunchy brown. It actually tasted good. The chicken was tender and still very hot. I am sure the chicken was from a big box of frozen pre-breaded that was simply dropped into the fryer. The corn was plain niblets style corn cooked in butter. It was sweet. But, it came from a can. The "hash browns" were not. Again, a pre-formed patty block of threaded potatoes from a frozen box dropped on the grill. Oh, the top and bottom, were a bit "browned" but what this really was, was shredded steamed potatoes. Dinner from a can and frozen boxes. Nothing special. Not terrible, but nothing I plan to come back for either. The wife's Crepes were well done and tasty . Maybe that is what took so long to get out of the kitchen in a 20% capacity restaurant. Our young waitress "A" was quiet flighty. She was in constant motion but it was hard to tell why as the place was never more than 20% full and she only had 2 tables to attend. I counted 5 serves attending to al most 10 tables of patrons. As she quickly breezed by, she would ask if we needed anything. It almost got annoying. Very obvious she had no intention of slowing down long enough to really listen or engage. Once she brought us the check, she disappeared. Again, she needs to learn the difference between being "attentive" and actually "paying attention". Her other table was equally annoyed and we finally asked another server if ours could be found. Finally, she arrived from the other side of the building after another long five minute wait after requesting her presence. Again, no sign of the manger. To add insult to an already too long of a service delay, 'A" could not properly handle the gift card we paid with. More delays. Still, no manager's presence. If I were the owner of this franchise, I would be very concerned about its success. I see this as a total management failure in training and presence. IHops generally do very well. We will not be back. The "Pepper Mill" Restaurant in town serves a much better breakfast than any IHop we have ever been in and their dinner and friendly attentive service is far superior to what we experienced tonight. The manager there knows the value of meeting and talking to his customers and listening to their suggestions. He is fully engaged --- this IHop .... not at all. read more

I love going to IHOP. It's a great place to go for a early morning meal. My favorite thing to order is the steak omelet. It's awesome.

I cant even give this a 1, I went in on Saturday 5/11/19 by myself for breakfast at @ 10:00-10:15am. It was busy and I expected it to be since it was Mothers Day weekend. I was seated in the section with a young man with partial bleached blonde hair as my waiter. Didn't catch his name. When I was seated the hostess didn't give me any silverware. So about 10 min later my waiter came and asked what I wanted to drink and I asked for coffee and some sugar since there was only 2 packs left on the table. About 15 min later he came back with coffee, no sugar and still no silverware. Again I asked. 15 min later he came and asked what I wanted to eat, so I placed my order, and again asked for sugar and silverware. From then on about every 10 min he came by telling me my food was on the way. He did this 5 times. After the last time he told me it was on the way I said the hell with it and left very upset with the whole experience. I understand it was busy, but when your employees make you feel invisible and don't even listen to the customers needs, then they have no business being a waiter/waitress.
