I wish I had read these reviews before enrolling my daughter here. I just received a call from an angry and even frustrated woman because the card I have in Files doesn't allow her to charge me without authorization. I have no problem accessing my account and paying (even the late fees) because I accept my responsibility, but according to the woman, I have to let her charge me whatever they want. READ READ READ!!!!! Today is June 28th, and the woman says they won't accept my daughter there anymore and in fact they already unrolled it from her class But since I don't have the 15-day cancellation period I'm supposed to give, they're going to charge me next month, and on top of that, they're denying my daughter entry (because the card on files) I DON't own any money there! Im always PAID everything. It's so absurd that I even pay them the late fees and they win! BUT I ALWAYS I PAID!!!! And the most terrible thing she say I have to talk to someone else (owner I don't remember) to see if My daughter ca be accepted there. can you believe that? just because the card i have on files IM ALWAYS HAVE IT INACTIVATED when i have to do payments I activate back for my security. she say the company don accept that. What terrible treatment! If you enroll your children here, please be aware you have to leave your savings account open! Absurd! read more

My oldest has been dancing here for 6 years and my youngest has been here for 2 years. It started out as a way to get my oldest out for these and have some socialization, but it turned into her passion. My four year old also loves coming here, "dance day" is her favorite day! Disappointed in this company. The classes are never a full hour. Most of the time they are just stretching and the worst part is they take your credit card info and charge for things even if your child is not there. I've lost several hundred already with a most recent charge for $100 for August when there is no class to attend. I would look for another dance company if you value quality. The trophies we saw in the lobby were cool at first until we were told anyone can buy one. I would appreciate if L**** would refund my money and close my account so that I can be free of this place. read more

Such a wonderful studio!! I am so very happy to be apart of PLD. There is room for every student, whether beginner or advanced.

I USE to love this studio so much, my sister went there when she was 6 and the studio was slowly expanding. Now requesting to speak to the owner on the phone is considered out of the question. Back then I was able to drop off my kid send in a check for the month and it would be fine. Now everything is getting withdrawn from my account, even costumes (even if the kid won't be in the recital) and such and if our kid doesn't do the recital, they are dropped from the classes. It's not our choice not to do the recital, it's because she has other obligations to another competition. I'm seriously shocked at this issue. they had a nice teacher for teen contemporary though that was working with my sister to try and keep her in the class but THE OWNER RYAN wouldn't stand for it. read more

I'm so thankful and grateful for PLD! We started 7 years ago and every season my daughters learn so much! All of the teachers are AMAZING, Ms.Andrea, Ms.Jaira, Ms.Megan and Mr.Ryan. Mrs.Lucia and Mr.Ryan are a great team they are very helpful and informative, they have gone above and beyond for my girls! Best dance studio. Affordable, Clean and friendly. Teachers work with all the kids they don't play favorites they treat the kids fairly and with respect. They make every child feel special. This studio is somewhat sketchy. They get your credit card information and then charge you random charges that don't make sense. The whole setup is unprofessional and it seems like a money making scheme not a real dance studio. They are disorganized and have recitals on Sundays (that is religious observance for many people)... I asked them kindly to refund us since it was in conflict with our religious practice and they were insensitive to that and refused. I was getting random charges and finally had to contact my credit card company. My credit card company thought it was very strange also and got me my refund and stopped payment on them but needless to say, we will never return and I advise others to look elsewhere for a more ethical studio that is accomodating to religious beliefs and does not charge you unauthorized charges. read more

The location is conveniently located off the 15 freeway, great prices, too. But more than that is the passion, dedication and love Ryan Pasqualetto has for his students! My daughter was in hip-hop for six months she has autism had one big meltdown and they told me it would be best if I didn't bring her back because she was too disruptive in class! I was planning on removing her from the class anyway but before I got the chance to even let them know they had decided it would be best for us to discontinue the class ! So if anyone is thinking about putting their special needs child in this company I would look for a special-needs dance class ! Elsewhere ,It's pretty obvious they did not have time or patience for my special needs child! I'm super disappointment because the first six months were going so well !
