I hated threading before I came here, but Sam is experienced with making the pain very tolerable. Their prices are lower than many other places but still provide quality services. They ended up taking one of them before me, some man getting his ears waxed, and he screamed the entire time making me super uncomfortable. when she was done with him, she proceeded to take the next walk-in... She told me I did not have an appointment... I showed her my phone with the appointment time scheduled. She proceeded to show me her computer screen, saying I didn't have an appointment so as she took the second walk in before me, as my appointment was now over, I just left and won't be coming back.
