I showed them a reference photo and they went ahead with it, but at no point did anyone tell me there would be extra charges for the design or any add-ons. When I went to pay, I was told the total was 15 on top. Later, when I checked my card statement, the charge was actually $175. I called the salon to ask about it, and they said the higher price came from "different sessions" being charged separately, without ever explaining this to me beforehand. I won't be going back. If you go here, ask for the exact price before they start any nail art or design -- don't assume it'll be close to what you've paid elsewhere.

She was very drill happy which was unnecessary for my natural nails and I asked her to not use it though she still tried. She overly filed leaving some of my nails thin after having unnecessarily drilled already. I came in with my natural nails in almond shape - as pictured, yet I was still charged for almond shape. My nails turned out nice color wise, but due to the careless & harsh service and being over charged I certainly wouldn't return.

All of the stylists/technicians in his salon are absolutely fabulous and so warm, welcoming and accommodating. I had such a great time while I was there, the time just flew by. He also uses nothing but the best styling products and trained me how to tame my bob down so that it looks flawless, whether or not I can make it into the salon for the much needed keratin treatment. Simply the best!

Anyways, Jenny did my pedicure and she was sooo sweet and did a great job. Tam did my fill and she made my nails gorgeous!! I am particular with the shape and length of my nails and she was extremely patient and very kind with me. I'm not from the area but if I'm ever in town and need my nails done, this is the place I will go :) the entire staff was extremely friendly and the spa was beautiful and very clean!

However, the pedicures were kind of lackluster and my husband said his was kind of rough. He had the Blossom Pedicure which is their top service. I wish they massaged a little bit more for my basic pedicure, overall the service just seemed rushed. The massage chairs they had were nice and comfy at least. Don't know if we will return again but you can try them for yourselves.
