However, within 48 hours the vape showed signs of defects stating "short circuit". I went and spoke to the guy who sold it to me and he looked at me as if I was a clown for coming back and brining it to his attention. I honestly wouldn't recommend this smoke shop because of the unprofessionalism. I've had troubles with vapes prior, however I've noticed that a more established and legit shop would've honored the products they're selling with a discount the least especially within 48 hours. Oh well it's $25 but it was very inconvenient and unprofessional. Purchase at your own risk.

I've had a few situations where electronic devises did not work properly or just stopped working and they were always very quick to say "not acceptable take a new one please" If you need a vape go there, they don't overcharge and they have a points system that equates to actual spendable money in the shop , go there for your vape every week and end up investing in something cool once you save up enough. He really went above and beyond. The store was clean and very well put together. Grabbed some incense on my way out even though the item I was in search of wasn't something this store carries. The interaction was worth me making a purchase! And it was a pretty sweet deal on incense that you get to mix and match. Will come back if ever in the market for something more in the future.

I got there at 8:15am and the door was locked, I tried calling the store phone but no luck. I've been low carbing it and one piece of red licorice would have exceeded my carb and sugar macros for several days. Not worth it. The store is clean and organized. They have a nice display of glass if that's your thing. I didn't look at anything but the edibles so I can't comment on anything else in the store. Immediately after leaving the store, I opened the product and observed that the safety seal had already been broken. Upon inspecting the contents, I discovered that the bottle did not contain the advertised supplement. Instead, it contained m&ms. I immediately returned to the store and informed an employee of the issue. To document the situation, I took photographs inside the store while the employee was holding the bottle. The employee then checked another bottle of the same product from store inventory and observed what appeared to be the same issue. The employee advised me that only the manager could authorize a refund and instructed me to return the following day. The next day, I returned to the store and spoke with the manager. I explained that I had purchased a product with a broken safety seal and contents that were not the advertised supplement. The manager refused to provide a refund or otherwise resolve the issue. When I expressed concern that the situation was serious and asked whether anything would be done about it, the manager laughed. I have contacted corporate to see if they'll do anything. I made the purchase with no issues and left the store. I opened it the following day Monday 4/13. I removed the papers and took a draw, nothing... Tried again, nothing... I went to the store and asked for a replacement due to mine being defective. The employee denied me and I asked to reach out to a manager, 40 minutes later after being told multiple times, I came back on Tuesday 4/14. They said the manager was not in and they would be back the following morning 4/15, I went to the store, asked for the manager and she explains that I left the store and it can't be exchanged. You got the bad end of the stick, she says... This is really disappointing as I am now the one who lost money, the store could have went to the Manufacturer, made an exchange, took care of the customer but that is not what they do, they offer a discount off of a new product (so they still make more money) and say, it's just policy. I understand policy, I understand people scamming people out of goods or services but when you can look into a customers account due to them inputting the phone number in their system, they should be able to see and take care of a returning customer. My only comment is not to go to this smoke shop, they don't care nor want to care.
